This Uhaul facility was closed when we arrived there. (They we're supposed to be open) It took 4 days and over 6 hours over the phone conversations to clear up the problem of returned equipment still showing as not returned. Apparently this facility is closed (at least for the time being) and no one bothered to let us know. Uhaul Regional Manager finally went there in person (again at least that's what he told us over the phone) and took care of it. We spend over a thousand dollars for move and for all the troubles Uhaul Baton Rouge reginal director offered $20 discount. Thank you for nothing. Still waiting on an email he was supposed to send us for his generous discount. Ps. Use the Uhaul facility on Greenwell Springs Rd. if you want to rent or return equipment in Baton Rouge.ALI A.

UHaul needs to much clearer about how to pick up a vehicle when the business is closed. Tried to call UHaul, told to use website. Then said it couldn't read my location, tho location services was on my phone. Had to use another phone. Finally got the code for the key. Upsetting, since I had pre-paid. The drop-off site was not well-marked. To my eyes it looked like a residential house with a large grassy lawn, apart from the single U-haul trailer parked out back. Since I had already driven by twice at that point without recognizing anything more obvious, I started to think that the drop-off address was incorrect, at least until the attendant recognized my trailer.Pauline D.

When I went to return my truck the place was closed and when I went to uhaul.com/share and signed in there was not a record of me having a rental at all when i had the contract and the number in front of me. I wasted about a half hour on hold trying to figure out what to do with this truck so i wouldnt get charged for any additional days. Was late for an appointment i had with my daughter's college and was not very happy about it.candace F.
