Walter HarrisHard to find office since hidden in a gas station with no signs - also when I booked the trip online it said 80 miles then when I got there it changed to 62 so I got charged extra since I needed the 80 very dissatisfied

Trevor SmithThe gentleman who helped me at this location was a sarcastic prick. Wouldn't answer the questions I had and wanted to give me sarcastic answers over the phone and in person. When I did arrive, he scoffed and continued to walk to the soda fountain and fill up his drink, then walked back very slowly to help me. Acted very inconvenienced by my business. Would not recommend if this employee is working.

Richard HolleyThey charged me $246. The guy didn't come out to inspect it but I get it he was the only one there. I asked if I needed to do anything since they were not expecting the drop. He said no that he'd just check it in. I didn't get a phone call or anything to explain the charge. Called 4 times. No one picked up. So I have to try to call again tomorrow to ask what that charge is for or go up there and figure it out. The trailer was not damaged in my possession. So it has just caused stress that could have been avoided with an initial phone call and would probably already been explained and resolved.

Carolina PerezIt was even hard to find the front door. Our first stop lead us to another drop-off point. We received no assistance unhooking the trailer from our vehicle. We even had to pick a spot to drop it off! This end-of-journey return store was the opposite of the pick-up store.
ROBERT HUMESUhaul was not ready. He lied by saying that the Uhaul was not ready because it was not in the database. His quote "It magically disappeared for 5 minutes". Mr. Crumugen would not give me clear next steps and made it clear I WAS AN INCONVIENCE, NOT A CUSTOMER! All the delays on their end would be acceptable if they would just own it and be polite.
Jeff MeehanThe truck came with nearly bald tires, broken windshield wipers, a windshield that leaked with the rain, brakes that hardly worked with a foot through the floor board to work, and we drove this uhaul 2000 miles across the country. I would safely say that this truck was not inspected prior to administration to myself and most of these things would have only been noticed if the truck was operated prior to renting it out, not at visual inspection. I hope that uhaul does not continuously treat their customers like this. Operating with your customers as the last thought will become a huge issue for uhual in future endeavors.

Frank SubealdeaDropping off was not something they wanted to be a part of. I was told by reps in SAT to drop it here and this location said I need an appointment. Then said to leave it parking area. No help, just leave it. I did, taking photos to prove I left it. Completely unsecured parking area. Later email receipt showed I left it a couple hours after I dropped it off. I dropped it off prior to due time, not when someone decided to notice it was there. This is a gas station/convience store, Uhaul is not a priority. The job eventually got done but definitely not their priority. On a side note, trailer towed well and met our needs. Thanks

Don JimenezRepwest is not coming thru on sending an adjuster to view a gatepost which was struck accidentally during my move at 35 B Canyon Circle in Canyon Lake Texas. They do not send accurate contact info and make it very difficult to clear up.

Mark BlandfordSignage needed to communicate where to check in and obtain keys. Went into the mini mart close to the truck and the cashier pointed to a guy about five feet further down behind the counter. Happy that I guessed right where to go and who to ask.
Eric PoeschThere is no signage for U-Haul. Several shops in the area and I had to guess where the U-Haul management was. I found it in a convenience store. The manager said all he needed was the keys. I expected a walk-around the truck for damage and fuel gauge check. It did not happen. I did get a receipt for return by email the next day.

Rick POWELLManager was rude and not helpful. Told me where to park the trailer and that he was closed (yet he was there) and would check the trailer in on Tuesday which he obviously didn't do as I was called by UHaul on Thursday inquiring as to whether I had checked the trailer in. The lady that called was apologetic and I received the email check in notification within 30 minutes. This guy needs to have his franchise pulled. This is the second ( and last) time he has been a jerk when I tried to check in a rental.

Greg LandryThis has nothing to do with this location in particular. This location was great. This has to do with the experience with your online system and the call in center. Your website is almost useless. I could not add coverage protection. It changed my pickup location but wouldn't tell me where it change it to. Your call in people are clueless. The lady made me a reservation for the wrong trailer and said it was set up for 24 hour pickup, but that was not an option at the site.
