Lois OPick up after hours was a real pain. The procedure was complex and required a witness, which, we did not know ahead of time, took time obtaining.

Terea JUse good Uhaul tires. Make sure my order is correct. Still not. Wrong equipment listed. Wrong dates. Im being charged for late fees i should not be. I call 1 800 go uhaul and customer service they send me back to the location that checked me in. He is an ass and says he has nothing to do with it. John at pueblo moving & STORAGE said i should not be charged. Still can't get through on phone with him. Wth???

Carrie BAlthough I was well within office hours, there was nobody around to help me or take my return. I had to leave my daughter in her car seat while I struggled to unhook a trailer from my car with a bad back.

KENNETH MNo one was at this location waited around for 30 minutes trying to find someone. Found another store owner who called the uhaul worker said they were not there and that they would call me back within the day... still no call back and that was 2 weeks ago.

Thomas MU-Haul, you need to review your rates, I can rent a tandem axle trailer for $200 a week, you're charging more than that for the one day.
