Very rude lady working here. Told me to just go around back and put the trailer next to the others. I get back there to find that it is on a hill. I threw my back out and nearly damaged my truck attempting to do this on a hill single handed with a trailer with no tongue jack. When i went back into the office to get my receipt, the lady walked out with another customer and told me "you need to go outside so i can lock the door". I didn't realize i looked that shady. Never in my life have i had this type of u-haul experience, and i use them often.

During the two years it took to build our house that our furniture was stored, it was very comforting to always know our treasures were secure. Yvonne and her "Spring Garden Crew" were always very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Team Spring Garden ROCKS!!

Jimmy was the agent I turned in the equipment to, and he came out to greet me, was very friendly and helpful. After doing a quick check of the equipment and asking me a few questions, he was able to get me on my way very efficiently. Again, both people I dealt with at the pick up and drop off locations were very helpful & friendly, and probably don't get the recognition they deserve regarding insuring the customers are happy & satisfied, and leaving them with a positive impression.

Just continue to be courteous and helpful as you were to us.

I dropped off a trailer after hours, so no interaction with staff.

Get your logistics fixed. I get a text to take the trailer to one place then get a call from another place asking me were the trailer was even though I already dropped it off to the address uhaul texted to me. It also explains why I got a wrong destination charge back in May for a truck rental. Fix your internal communications and logistics before it becomes a legal issue.

Get a new customer service representative that isn't racist like Yvonne . Very very rude . Wouldn't rent from this location anymore fields manager or whatever manager I spoke with was very knowledgeable and a lot more understanding and professional than Yvonne bad person to have rep your company.

Provide a pick up time frame (example 12-4) instead a specific time. I could have picked up my truck earlier which would have allowed the clerk to leave earlier.

I had a 10 ft truck on order for over 30 days. when I arrived they did not have one available. I received a 17 ft one instead. I was given the same price as the 10 ft. it was just way more truck than I needed.

Yvonne is easy to work with and totally on top of things. Equipment always in good condition unlike some UH locations.

would not accept my trailer although this was the drop off site. would not even go onto the computer to check my contract at my request. Had to go Orange City to the main office and was met by Mr Garcia who was professional and exceptional in helping me. U-haul has always been my go to for moving but Spring Garden Self Storage doesn't need to be in the business!

The inside office area is cramped, boxes on the floors, cluttered papers all over the counter. Made me feel like they had no idea what was going on and were very unorganized. My rental pickup truck had roaches in it, I took pictures for record.

I took too long to use the app to get truck and it again when I returned it.

Extremely clean and well organized. my 2nd time renting here. Would definitely recommend ad use again.

The truck was filthy outside and all four overhead corner caps (on the roof) were dented and/or broken. The clerk would not fill out a damage sheet because she said she had photos of the damage. However, she could not find the photos! When I demanded that she make a note on our contract about the damage, she got an attitude, like we were really being a pain in the butt. She also insisted that she had to physically run our credit card, even though it was properly recorded in our online account. This is why we do not want to rent from anyone except your large U-Haul centers!! On the positive side, she did give us extra mileage to accommodate the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations, and our home locations on both ends. I sincerely hope my credit card does not end up being run several times, and I REALLY hope no one tries to charge us for the overhead damage that she refused to properly document.

I cant tell you how wonderful this experience was!!! Yvonne made it soo easy and not stressful for me. It was a last minute rental and she made it super easy for me. Another location was suppose to help me and I'm still waiting for a call but after 20 min and I didn't hear from anyone I called Spring Garden Storage and she knew Exactly what I needed. I will be back and recommend them for sure! They will be who I call for my next move.

Do not utilize Uhaul storage reservation for this location. Location does not accept reservations and is on a first come first serve basis. Why is this an option if it isn't available to reserve?
