Have them get a new printer as they were unable to print paperwork for me. The dolly they put in the truck had a broken wheel which I did not realize until it was too late to do anything about it. Thay also did not have a furniture dolly.

MIKE S.When I arrived the person inside in charge had an attitude and had me waiting at the door for 5 min before opening and after opening the door he had me download an app before helping me from the outside parking lot. Very unpleasant situation under a stressful moment. Need to hire better people skills people.

Victor R.First truck they tried to give me had a bald tire with a nail sticking in it. The text link didn't work on the second truck they gave me so I had no way to argue existing damage. The second truck was in better shape.

They had none I was never notified, I had to go to another u haul store to get one. I spent over 2 hours before I was able to get the moving started. Not happy with the service. Robert B.Nothing wrong with location, truck had very bad issue with front end...wheels out of balance or other issue that caused severe vibration even at low speed....also, wipers needed to be replaced about a year ago...was worse to use them than not

Annette W.No-one was available to help us despite us being there during business hours. They may have had some sort of emergency, we don't know. What I do know is, for the second time in as many weeks, the Uhaul app would not allow me to turn in the truck. For the second time, we received a truck that had a warning light come on (order # 20201558 had a brake warning light and the truck was back on the line for rent immediately) and yesterday's (# 20758286) had a check engine light come on after we were loaded. I pay a lot of money for a lot of trouble.
