Upon picking up truck the key wasn't available, waited over an hour for them to bring it. Was unable to check the miles on the contract before signing it because the key wasn't at location. Upon returning truck I was overcharged by a hundred miles. The owner was rude, and accuses me of mis calculating miles however I had picture proof that the miles were wrong. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Checking in to pick up the vehicle should be easier. The app would not find my location and it was turned on. Dropping it off was the same problem. Geometric error. Also the van had no gas. There was a little bit in there to get to the gas station
Roger WDrop off key spot is not well lit I put the key in door slot then turned around and saw a drop key box in the dark please verify that they retrieve the key in the car wash door I don’t see a number for that location
