I received excellent service. Staff was friendly and courteous. This location is where I rent equipment frequently, and receive excellent service every time.

Paul SNo fault of the Crossville location. We found out after the fact, but the front right corner leaks water. We had a dresser up there and the back of it has noticeable water damage.
Brad TNo one in attendance. Complete process done through the app on a smart phone. Thus, if you needed assistence or didn't have a smart phone, returning a rental would be VERY difficult. Not a good plan.

Michael BRear door was difficult to open. When we rented we told them we needed 3 more days. They told us no big deal, just pay the extra when we return it. Where we returned it, the lady was upset we were returning it late. Better communication between locations could have avoided confusion and frustration. All else was good

Charles LMade a reservation online for a 10' truck. When I arrived the employee stated that they never received any notification nor did they have any available. When I presented my reservation number she stated that it wasn't possible and that corporate never gets things right.

Brian WNot a lot of space to manover on the lot but the people who work at this location are OUTSTANDING with the assistance they provide to help with loading the car on the transport & connecting the trailer to my truck. They are the BEST in the Crossville area
Cynthia WWe had to return the equipment on a Saturday as our drivers were leaving town. This location said if we could get there before noon they would accept the return of the equipment (26 ft truck and 12 ft trailer). They went out of their way to accomodate us.
