Service was great. Everything went well. I left something in the van and was called quickly to let me know. Excellent service à la clientèle.
Valerie HNo lighting at night. Check in process is about 10 minutes of questions and photos, so be aware this is a pretty remote location with no lighting.

MARTY SUnfortunately the business was closed on Sunday and I had to use the app to complete my rental and return. I Input all the information requested for the pickup, but instead of completing the process I had to call a number. I was still waiting to be connected when the company called my two backup numbers. I spoke to that person who then passed me along to a second person. The whole process took 45 minutes and delayed my pickup time. The return process was very cumbersome taking pictures and providing information. The bottom line is I will never rent on a Sunday again.

Mark WThis site provided good service. They hooked up equipment quickly and processed paperwork quickly. I'm somewhat annoyed that the phone app required me to accept the condition of the equipment using very old photos. Although the trailer was is decent condition, the pictures which I was supposed to "accept" were clearly from new equipment, with no documentation of existing damage. Also, small photos on a phone used outside made it difficult to see just what I was accepting. This documentation of condition should have been performed when I signed for pickup, not after receipt of the equipment.
Thomas KMost locations visited, 4 this month are nice, however, u hauls reservation process is poor. Latest problem was we requested a2oclock pickup and were sent to a place that closed at 1. We had to reschedule another location and a more expensive unit.
