I honestly can't think of a whole lot. Maybe lower the prices haha. Actually I was kidding about that the prices were very reasonable I think but I really couldn't tell you because I was happy everything went great and I appreciate it everything you all done for me. Was not explained the rates . was told it would be closer to 90 dollars . it ended up being 167.01. Truck was not checked in by the attendant at the facility when the truck was returned .

I cleaned the truck before it was returned, but was still charged a $25 fee for cleaning. The location never explained that they wanted the truck to be very clean, as if it was never used.

It was never communicated to me that I would have to pay for mileage after 100 miles. This was my first time renting a cargo van and assumed I got unlimited miles. Therefore, you can understand my frustration and anger when I received a bill for $347.58. from a 19,95 a day rental.

I was charged a gallon a gas at 6 and change after I talked to the Rep, drove it 18 miles total I put Two Gallons in it prior to returning... Just another way for them to get an extra few bucks I guess.
