I think it's disgusting charging $170 to go from Florida but to return to Florida you charge $662. You are ripping off the consumer.Sandra L.

I didn't appreciate being called well after I dropped off the equipment. The caller said he was calling about the equipment I rented. I answered, "Yes?" He responded with, "What's up with that?" I had already dropped it off during business hours at the correct location. I don't need someone calling me and asking accusatory questions. This is after the first reservation ended with me refusing a broken trailer with the tongue supported by a stack of wood. I have pictures. I'm not impressed with this latest rental.PETER C.

Most of all, the directions to the pick up location, taken from the U-Haul web site were terrible! We went 10 miles out of our way to get the truck. I never received a "confirmation" email and had to repeatedly call U-Haul to get information I needed. We drove past several U-Haul distributers on our way to get our truck ?! It was un-clear to me how to use the after hours drop off app, so I waited 'till the business was open to drop off. Seems to me that this ordeal should have been much easier than it was. I was told at pick up that the truck had been checked in with a full fuel tank, but when I drove away, the fuel gage read just over 3/4, not a huge deal, but just added to my frustration. The woman at pick up was however wonderful to deal with and understood our frustration. A world wide company being in business for so long should have it's "stuff" together much better than this !!!CHARLES T.

Got lots of emails from uhaul asking to do online prep for picking up the truck but each time, it said I had done it. So making that easier would be helpful. And in the end using the clerk at the location was far more efficient than doing it online.donald W.

Pretty convenient. If anything, identifying it as a UHAUL location and finding things such as the key drop were a little difficult, but not terribly so. This is presumably due to its function as a uhaul location being strictly secondary to its main business.Elias P.

My reservation was changed without being asked. Different pick up location and smaller truck than I was led to believe was available, no furniture pads which I had ordered, etc. For the second time, the online, phone checkin did not work. Drop off time was changed without being asked and the changes led to starting my move an hour later and the truck being returned an hour later.Robert F.

When the reservation was made, it was made for a 5 x 8 trailer. I was called that none were available, but that a larger unit was available. I was told that I would be charged the rate of the smaller unit. I now have a $100 charge for a trailer. The cost was to be $39.Mitchell B.

I am appalled that 1/4 tank of gas would cost $42.50. Frankly that is an outrage. At the time I tried to return the vehicle, approx. 11:30 PM, there were no service stations open; thus I could not put in the necessary fuel. It found it very difficult to find the location for the drop off and no key deposit box was evident, as there were no lights on at the location.Wayne L.
The pick up time was scheduled for 8 am. The worker didnt get there until 8:30 and then didnt know how to work the computer system to give me the truck. Left there around 9 when i wAs suppose to have the truck at 8 am. Also wrongfully charged me insurance and never even asked me if i wanted it. Which i did not. Very poor experienceMATT C.

Very slow checkout, took over 1/2 an hour. Problems with the computer. Van was fairly clean but smelled. Booked an appliance dolly that online said they had. Did not have one and neither did the other 2 uhaul rental places on the same street. Need to keep better inventory on hand as far as extras go. The guy helping me was doing his best and was very apologetic for not having the Dollie. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but could be much better.Mark M.
