The app didn't work to check in, and when the location checked the truck in when they got in the next day, they added inaccurate charges that I had to have removed, including an incorrect fuel level. I hope it was worth it, because I will not be using this location the next time I rent from Uhaul.Jeff A.

When we picked up the U-Haul, it had no oil in it. We were advised to purchase oil and turn in receipts upon drop-off. That was fine, however upon drop-off, the gentleman looked at the inspection tag (due to our list of complaints about the truck's mechanical issues), and noticed it had not been inspected since Nov 2020. This is important to review BEFORE renting it out to someone! This truck was downright DANGEROUS and my husband said was the WORST driving experience he has ever had. We are shocked we made it without breaking down. My husband was rattled for an entire week after driving this thing.rachel N.

24/7 self-service was horrible. I watched the video beforehand so I knew what to expect. The problem was U-haul didn't believe I was really who I said I was, even after uploading copies of my driver's license and passport. What was supposed to be a 10-minute simple process took 45 minutes. It added a lot of stress to an already very stressful day.Marguerite P.

You can tell next customer to use a different Uhaul dealer. This one is rude and his staff is feels like they need training on how to deal with customers who are a few hours late due to traffic delays.jason L.
our issue was not with the pick/up or drop off locations. There was a governor on the vehicle. Through mid west states that made for some unsafe situations. The vehicle should at least be able to go the speed limit. The vehicles should be sanitized between uses due to covid. The layer of dirt on everything was proof it wasn't.Jacqueline S.

Friendly service. And thorough. My only complaint is that I had reserved pick up in Shoreline where it showed inventory and had to pick up in Stanwood. That was an hour and a half in the opposite direction of my trip.Cynthia C.

We rented the U-Haul while this location was closed. We thought it would be handy. Every aspect of the online process was horrible! It took 30 minutes to return the U-Haul because the app wouldn't accept the picture of the mileage! We waited on hold the entire time to try and get help and no one ever answered the phone. I have no doubt if we dealt with the employees of this location it would have been much easier than the mobile service.Joe H.
