Julie JulieLeverage bogus additional charges! They knew my sil was going to be driver and would be returning the van. The automated return didn't recognize his phone number so pictures wouldn't load to the automated return summery so I was charged additional day! When I tried explaining this to the guy his reply was "I wouldn't refund you even if I could!" I should have went to the State Attorney General's office for deceptive business practices!

Paul CronkI am not a fan of your policy of drive to a UHaul dealer who has your equipment. I reserver a truck and dolly 3 days in advance and was told it would be there at my nearby location. I was disappointed and put- out by having to drive 50 miles to another dealer, then drive back another 50 miles to load my things. No, I won't recommend you to anyone.

Tanner AndersonI was charged 60 % more miles than I drove. I called customer service to sort it out. Instead of fixing it, so I owed less, the owner, Mark immediately retaliated for calling customer service by adding bogus fees making it so i owed him even more. When I called Mark the owner, he mocked me over the chargers, made baby noises and "Invited me to come down there" when I was already on the phone. I'm a 50 year-old lady, not gonna "come down there" The district manager, Alex Lewis refunded the fraudulent charge. The first non-business day, Mark carried on with more charges and retaliated by sending a collection notice with even more charges. Each and every action on my account, by Mark was in response for even asking customer service a valid question about charges to my account and it has been dragged on by Mark, who has been hitting my account with more and more charges. I returned by rental on the 22nd of September and he is still harassing me and playing with my account after mocking me about it, baby talking and screaming. Was I allowed to contact U-haul customer service? Or is it okay for this uhaul rep. Mark to drag out his retaliation for even calling U-haul customer service? I hope someone can help me. Please. I have rented from U-haul 12 times this year, and returned each rental gassed-up, cleaned out and on time. Calling customer service to ask a question resulted in immediate retaliation without ever talking to Mark. Calling him resulted in mocking, baby-talk, screaming, threats and more and more charges to my account. My rental was Done on the 22nd. Mark is still retaliating through U-haul today. Please help with this. I would recommend people look at ANY other U-haul location and Not trust Mark with their bankcard or ID. 12 times I have rented. 12 times I have returned U-haul rentals gassed-up, cleaned out and on time. This can't be happening... he keeps trying to punish me for calling 1-800-GOUHAUL to ask about the charges. I want it to stop. I want it all undone. Please contact me about this.

I was there about 15 minutes before they opened and was thinking they had the first gate opened up since Mondays are probably hectic but they were just trying to open up and I hate when people are standing or waiting early before the business opens up so I told her I will just wait until they get things set up and she was saying no problem I can help you out now. I know that isn't the norm for a rental place, but I appreciate her being really nice and very helpful with everything. I will definitely do all my renting at this place, thanks again.

William LawsonThis person pointed out that the rubber attachments to keep the chains from slipping off were all rotten and easily pulled apart. He himself kept a pocketful of them to make sure he could easlily replace them while he helped me unhook them, keeping the equipment in good shape for the next customer. The person who checked us in at the start of our journey never looked at the equipment herself, only receiving our photo as indication of the status of the equipment.

Paul and Shari Roten2 weeks prior 2 move date i confirmed a 26' truck, next day uhaul called said i had 2 return truck at different location than pick up. 1 day prior 2 pick up date, uhaul called again and said no 26' available & i had 2 use a 16' instead. It caused me 2 hav 2 make 3 trips.
