Very sketchy store/location. Not a lot of room to maneuver and park the truck. The UHaul app didn't work at all for the return process. Kept jumping back to the home page and erasing all data and pictures already entered. Had to abandon the app and wait for the convenience store owner (who was also the uhaul agent) to very slowly enter the data. Also, was never informed ahead of time about the $1 per mile charge for milage.

I was impressed at how clean the U-Haul was ! Friendly people too !
martha kUnbeknownst to us, the trailer light assembly was broken and the chains were hooked to the car incorrectly. This was identified when we returned the trailer to the U-Haul center in Brunswick Maine. We drove from Florida to Maine without any operating lights on the trailer.
Victoria CIndian. Difficult to understand. Take away and give to someone that has a larger, more easily maneuverable parking lot. Furnish your service people with a tongue lift or at minimum arms and snd back to help you life a 6x12' covered trailer tongue off your hitch and set on the ground. I asked for a lift and he said no no no no lift and turned and walked into his store leaving me and my 69 year old back, legs and arms to do it by myself. I brought back a day early and I could understand him well enough to know if I was getting a discount or not.
