Customer service was horrible. When we dropped off the equipment after using it the worker in the store used profanity towards my wife when my wife was trying to explain that we were returning it. I don't appreciate my wife being talked to that way and if Uhaul is going to associate themselves with these kinds of people then I will have to go elsewhere for my moving needs.

Pick up from star was fine and friendly. Dropped off but the peeson there had no idea what was going on. Overall the location was fine. However I made a reservation 24 hrs in advanve but recieved a phone call a couple hours before my scheduled pick up. I missed the call so recieved a voicemail saying my pick up had changed to a place that was 30 min away vs the 5 min away location i originaly chose. Not only that but my pick up time had been moved up and I was expected to pick up in 45 min. I recieved an email confirmation as well before i could call. The agent on the phone was not very friendly or apologetic but at least she waa able to find a location that could honor my original tome and equipment that was only 15 min away (which was star)

Everything went great. Tom the owner is so nice. I picked up the truck it was clean and fueled up...it drove great and had ice cold ac. All and all great experience.

Very disappointed!!! My name is Adam Peterson I am a service member my contract number is 90754043. First of all I reserved a U-Haul 2 weeks in advance and requested that the one-way U-Haul for pick-up at 0700 at a certain location near my residence too cut down on mileage. When it came down to day before the U-Haul was not at the location requested but way further out not to mention the pick up time was 0800. Lucky I called and had the time changed but they couldnt change the location which was UNSAT. Then I pickup the uhual from this random side dealer and the guy locks the keys in the uhual with it A/c blasting and engine still running during the inspection, wasting gas. So it took another 30 minutes for the owner to come out and unlock the uhual. Now I’m an hour behind schedule. I was given a 25 dollar credit for the inconvenience, which isn’t enough because I had people expecting me to be back at a certain time. Then I had to go to a different uhual location for an appliance dolly that should had came with the truck but didn’t. Then I get pack up and unloaded at my new place and return the uhual the same day. I check my account the next day and see that I have overdraft fees/ return debit fees. Upon further investigating uhual charged me twice. So instead of charging me for just the extra miles I traveled. I was charged as if I never paid to begin with which was 4 times greater than the correct amount. UNSAT! I called corporate U-Haul and they referred me to a regional manager who I’m waiting on to call me to fix this situation. I will never use uhual again!!!
