I have used Uhaul since 1985 over 50 moves. I cant believe they charged me 115.00 to go 21 miles, an 8 hr rental. I delivered it across town so you could rent it out 2 more times that day. if the Grain Mill had a printer that worked i could have seen the charges and put it together but all I got was a key and checklist voucher.

When I arrived there was a problem with the computer.I was told to call u-haul when it was returned. I did call from home but was told I would have to contacted the dealer. They were closed until Monday. The other problem I didn't receive a contract and there was no lighting when I returned it. I'm glad that it worked out but it could have been taken by anyone. No way to lock it so that it couldn't be taken by a thief. thank God I had a flashlight.

Location was supposed to have 3 dozen moving pads. The location only had 14 total. I had to go to a different location to pick up the remainder. Also, I still have not received a final statement from this location. It has been two days since I dropped the truck off.

The location was not the issue. Uhaul is the problem. I made a reservation in a different area over 6 weeks ago. With 24 hours prior to pickup I get a text notifying me wrong location and wrong pick up time. As a result I drove 45 minutes each way out of the way to pick this up and of course the I had to wait. The pick up facility was good. It is the corporation of u-haul that is the problem.

UHaul called me and changed my pickup location 8 miles further away from where I chose on online. No problem, but the lady said she would give me extra miles on my contract but she did not note it on the contract. When I picked up the truck, no extra miles. Had to ask them for extra miles. When you say your going to do something please do it so others don't have to.
