The issues seem to be with the app. It would not let me continue on the app to get the code needed to fish out the keys. Calling the number solved this problem. The person there was not a Uhaul employee, but rather another business that allowed for pick ups and drop offs.
Sara SteinPick up location online check in. Which was shown to be an option when I chose location online, not the only option. Once I arrived and found out I attempted to make an account online, downloaded the app and could not get code to get keys out of the lock box. Called customer service and was put on hold with 3 different people for a total of 30 minutes. Would never had went to a location that was online only.
Ashley KingDid not provide any of the rental equipment we reserved. Left truck cab dirty. A shameful and isolated location for a uhaul pickup. If your reservation gets rerouted here, request somewhere else.
David HojsanThe truck was in AWFUL condition, brakes were VERY temperamental an the truck had problems accelerating past 2k rpms..
Cole burgessThe trucks are hidden behind piles of landscaping stuff (mulch, stones, etc, which of course is the main business there) the sign for U-Haul is unnoticeable until you're on top of it, and a guy working the landscaping business on heavy equipment was not the least bit accommodating to our pulling in or maneuvering while driver dropped off the truck. If we'd not moved out of his way, we'd have been hit.

Kevin HigneyWhen I arrived to pick up the truck, I opened the back cargo door and found a big pile of used moving blankets. Then I got in the cab to drive away and there was a pile of cough drop wrappers in the cup holder. Great, the last person to rent the truck was sick. Also this is the second time picking up a truck from this location where the gas tank was not full. I want a clean truck with a full gas tank, is that too much to ask?

Peter LacoutureThe location is in the middle an overgrown field. Spent an hour with 5 customer service reps to get the truck because the GPS wasn't pick it the location. Got the truck home only to find out the dolly I had ordered was not in the truck. ANOTHER customer service rep said I should to go yet another location to pick one up! Are you kidding me? I spent over an hour and 1/4 tank of gas as it was. The worst experience.

Linda Gormly | Expérience généraleWe arrived to pick up our uhaul rental and the office was closed. There was a sign that said closed for the season. We called the main uhaul number and they said they were sending someone out right away. We waited an hour and a half for someone to arrive, and when she did, she did not know how to open the lock box, so we waited another 30 minutes for her to call someone for instructions. We ended up finally getting our uhaul 2 hours late, causing us to lose two hours of moving time. This is completely unacceptable and we will never be using this uhaul location again.
Andrew JosephidesThe lady that was there did the paperwork but did not come out to show me the right trailer or how to connect it properly. I went back to the location where I made the reservation and he checked out the hook-up and made the needed adjustments.
Bill BarnesWhen I dropped off the trailer, they could not find the contract # in their system... what should have been a simple smooth drop off took approx 45 min with multiple phone calls in our attempt to get this location to accept the trailer from us.
Robert BoehringerNot very welcoming. Truck was not swept out. We noted some external issues on the truck and the person who checked us out said "they were all noted" but they weren't indicated anywhere on the truck or the paperwork.
Richard HoveyThey called me to let me know the issue was fixed on my rental . they should have some way to let them know you dropped off your rental when there closed . other then that they were great helping me on Monday..

John GeyerThe individual at the uhaul was new and had never rented one out, and had no one to help her. She was incomplete on the process, agitated the entire time, and there was a discrepancy in the gas mileage which she did not check beforehand. This caused a headache when I dropped the vehicle off.

Alan PelisseyI was charged for furniture covers that I never ordered. I thought it was weird that they were hanging up in the truck. Whether I accidentally did not unselect them during the order or I legitimately did not order them, it's bad business.
Kelly FreelyI dropped off the truck while they were closed so I don't have a lot to add about this location. They were quick to check it in this morning. Some sort of signage for where to return vehicles might have been helpful. I just took down the chain guard and parked it in the lot.

J R HARKAYTruck was dirty and needed servicing very badly. The ride was nothing but bumps and more bumps. The shocks, springs and/or struts were none existent. The Transmission slips between gears. I was very concerned through the whole experience. A Penske truck about the same size towing a car on a trailer passed me as I was nearing the drop off location. It looked new, clean and safe. I will likely try them next time I need a truck.
