No time stamp on any contract I received for returning the vehicle, I was then charged an extra $63 upon return for no specified reason. May not use UHAUL again. There's always extra charges or fees that are never mentioned.

Sherry RayHave more help when you are there to pickup your rental. I gave U-haul a two week notice on when I would need the car hauler and they couldn`t get it to the location where I live. I had to make a 40 mile trip to get it. And they didn`t even notify me. Come on , this company can do better!

Chad JonesYour online experience was wrenched. I got emails to confirm but when I tried to it said that I had no reservations. Even the rental location had trouble with the website which made the transaction take 3 times longer than it should have. You all should scrap your website and start over.

David GreenThe drop off location is a service station with a U haul parking lot. You can top off your fuel at this location, prior to completing check-in. The check-in app is easy to navigate & complete.

jeanie harpoleLiterally every thing. The person didn't even tell me which trailer was mine, much less help me back up to it, or help me hook it up. It was just a gas station that has some uhauls outside, and they don't know anything about them.

SHERRY KEMPFNothing, the man that rented us the trailer was outstanding! He was very nice and professional. He installed my receiver, hooked up the trailer, lights and put the trailer on my hitch. I was very impressed with his consideration to go through the contract and never seemed rushed. I would highly recommend this pick up location!
terry huntPassenger side stop / signal light on rented unit was out, probably due to loose connector in plug discovered at pickup. Reported to staff at location on pickup and confirmed at drop off. I have no doubt that it will be fixed.

JOHN ReiterGas Station/convenience store that only has one employee present. Used this drop off location twice, both times employee could not leave the store and asked me to do the check-in. Even asked me to go park their trailer in a parking space at a crowded business parking lot using a 26' truck. Absolutely no service and rude employees. Avoid at all costs.
Leslie EcholsStaff was very friendly, but the truck was not cleaned out. I realize it was not a full U-Haul center and maybe they don't have time/budget to clean the trucks, but dang this truck was bad. Staff let me borrow some supplies to clean up the truck a bit, and I had to sweep out the back before loading. I don't know how to fix this one.
Erik KlemettThe trailer had issues with the lights. It blew all the fuses in my vehicle. If something is wrong at the pickup location priority attention needs to be given by them and your customer service.
Charles ClarkThis is the second time in the last couple of weeks that I have rented from this place. This will also be the last time that I do. When picking up the trailer both times the tongue of the trailer was on the ground instead of on a jack and there was no one working that could help so luckily the first time there was a gentleman pumping gas that came and helped me get it up to my jack and the second time I made sure my husband was free to go with me and once again the tongue was on the ground and no jack. Both times upon return we had to wait for the owner of the store to come after being called to get us a jack to be able to raise it back off my jack. The owner is not friendly or helpful. The uhaul was also dirty with empty broken boxes still inside. I shouldn't have gone back after to first time but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I was wrong for doing so.

Drew HowertonGps took me to middle of no where actually drove passed it bc GPS said I had 5 more miles. Lady was nice but had no clue what she was doing. I reserved online and got a quote of 233 but was charged 265. Also uhaul had many scraps and dents already
Rachel MoodyLocation was fine. However, U-Haul is a joke. I literally don't understand how you guys are in business. 2 months ago, I watched my sister go through HELL getting a moving truck from U-Haul, multiple location changes, 2 truck no shows, etc. I knew better than to use U-Haul. Soooo I made my pick up date well in advance… and called to confirm everything 2 weeks before pick up date. Was told everything would be fine, I'd have a truck where I needed, blah blah. WELL GUESS WHAT! Nope! Same exact shit happened. I had to drive 56 miles to pick up a truck….. drive it 56 miles home to pick, then another almost 100 miles to get truck back. Not to mention, u haul has the WORST customer service in the world. A customer service rep hung up on me after being so rude… I called and spoke with a "manager" some guy named Kelly… lol. He was an even bigger asshole. Never apologized for what Rhonda said or did. Basically said she had a right to treat me like that. Next time, I'll save myself the trouble and use budget as a normally do…… at least their employees are respectful and actually care and try to help. Fuck you Uhaul. You guys suck and you make moving even more miserable.

Valerie JashinskyThe cab lights & dashboard lights didn't work neither did the box lights. I got caught in hard storm it was so dark I couldn't see my speedometer. I was charged a full day for less then half of the day. I went to rent it about noon and the attendant said I had to return it by 6pm then he said 10pm when I questioned him on why I'm being charged for a full day. He never gave me a clear answer The truck itself lost power on every hill & seemed to use an excessive amount of fuel. It needs a tune up to be sure. I have rented U-Hauls before & never had broken equipment for my money.
david hackerCouldn't print my contract because his printer was out of ink. I had also reserved 12 blankets, he only had 5 available. Brakes needed repair on the truck.
Earl MahavierI returned the vehicle with the exact amount of gas that I picked it up with. The gauge was touching the half tank line but just below it, so he charged me $15. It was ridiculous. He legitimately wouldn't close out the transaction and there were 5 people behind me waiting. It was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
Edward DavisBe better informed about mileage allowance. I was told U-haul would refund me based on miles allowed but not used. That isn't what happened. I paid for 1460 miles, used 1 200 but not refund.
thomas conboyNo one to hook up trailer. At 64 it's hard for me to lift the trailer and hook it up. No one to help unhook and park trailer. Won't use them anymore and I've used them a lot the last two months!!
SHERRY KEMPFDrop off point was excellent. They ask if everything worked well and if I had any issues. Kudos to this site.
