No improvements are necessary, the reservation on line, staff at registration, trailer hook up, and return were perfect, this is the second time I have rented this trailer from this garage, never a problem.

Serge LI ask for the insurance waver, and they did not manage to do it. I was charged over a hundred dollars for nothing, since a have a corporative insurance that covers trailer damage. Disappointed.
Karine LNous avons contacté le préposé pour valider comment cela fonctionnait pour le retour du véhicule etc Je lui ai mentionné que nous avions loué un 26 pds et lui de me dire qu'il n'avait plus de place sur son terrain En plus il me dit prenez l'autobus pour venir chercher à Gaspé soit à plus de 600 km un 20 pds et remorque 8x12, ' Pas très brillant. , Car le but de louer un camion est d'économiser de l'essence etc … Il ne nous a Pas expliqué le principe de la boîte orange durant les heures de fermeture car il nous a demandé de rapporter le camion le lundi soit le 25 septembre. , nous avons eu cette information au site de réservation quand nous avons changé de grosseur de camion , car semble t'il il n'y avait pas de place pour le 26 pds. Ce qui est faux il y avait suffisamment de la place sur les lieux Nous avons donc eu des dépenses d'essence supplémentaires parce que nous avons dû prendre un autre véhicule pour transporter les choses qui n'ont pas entré dans le camion et remorque $150 de plus Il n'était pas du tout aimable je ne le recommanderai pas du tout

MARIO LIl n'y a pas de levier sur le trailer. Le système d'ancrage manque d'entretien...besoin urgent d'huile sur l'engrenage.

pierre rGood service beside the fact that on the spot a month prior to the rental the staff at the desk stated that there was none available for long trips. We made the reservation online. Person confirmed that it was available. We were insecure until the last minute. But all went well. We had an important travel 1000 km trip. One way.
Pierre RJust one Uhaul trailer was available (4"x8"). The employee didn't show me how to back in with the trailer (it was my first time), he seemed to be so busy. I was way pissed off.

Patrick GI was told the truck would be available for 7am. No one showed up until 9 am. No one wore masks including the employee who drove the truck over to me. I paid for roadside insurance and when I called with a roadside emergency I was on hold for over 40mins with no answer leaving me to call a tow truck and it cost me 350$ plus tax on top of the 110$ I paid for the roadside assistance.

Andre DWas suppose to drop off at shigawake initially but store closed after we made the reservation. Since Gaspé is much further from our final location, we called to make sure we where not going to be charge xtra since the store being closed is not our fault. We where assured there wouldnt be but at the drop off we where charged xtra! Its not much but its not what was agreed!

SYLVIE BPlease, give us the price with the taxes when we reserve through the web! It was a bad surprise at the counter to see that our rent with the taxes was over 100$ than the price that was first given to us.
Christine BYou should see with this location about their access to the reservations made online because they seem to say they don't have acces to it. That lead them to sort of make up a new contract which means it took a lot of time even if I self checked-in online. That also lead to me being charged the exonoration fee although I had specified I didn't want it online.

Byron GIt was a busy garage and I had to wait for about 1/2 hour before the attendant had time for me. The U-Haul was very old and full of scratches and dents, many of which were not marked. It was somewhat clean, but a broom would have helped, also it smelled pretty bad. I had a tire blow out on a major road. It took two hours to get it changed (with the rim), considering the task at hand, it was reasonable time to get it fixed, but was the tire under/over inflated? I don't know.
