I already filed a complaint. There was no lock box for after hours pick up, also no instructions stating the keys would be inside the back locked in the truck. It stated lock box in front of the business. The truck tire maintenance light was on when I picked up the truck. Also the employee who I called the next day to return early was rude. I was letting her know what happened and she just sushed me off the phone.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence when picking up the truck. The truck I received was filthy and damaged. I had to return it, resulting in lost time while they cleaned it.

Ac didnt work, they lost my reservation, and i had to argue to get a truck. I was also never called to confirm, I had to keep calling in. Very poor organization, I was left pretty sad. The lady at the counter also quoted me $32 for insurance then the paper said $42 and she couldnt figure out why. Wow.

Only issue was the ac didn't work. We did let the rep know and she offered to find us another truck but we were on a time crunch and couldn't wait. Other than that it was fine.

I reserved a dolly online which they did not give me at pick up. I also was charged mileage when they said i wouldnt. The last time i rented a uhaul this fee wasnt on my receipt. When i asked them to contact another uhaul for an available dolly the employee said “i mean, i guess”. Will not be coming back to this location.

The location is hard to enter and exit with a truck. The lock on the truck was stuck, it took 20 minutes to open it. The individual who prepped the vehicle for me forgot to add the blankets I requested in my reservation. I had to drive to my house and use personal blankets. Overall bad experience with this location.

The app did not let me dispute some of the exterior damage that the truck had. It wouldn't upload any pictures, fortunately the office was open otherwise it would have been a huge problem.

The truck is dirty. Mud all over the fender and the tires. You guys should full tank all your rental cars. So it's easy to get gas. Rent it with a full tank return it with a full tank. Parking there is really hard. I have to drive around to find a spot for the uhaul

I being a customer picked up a filthy truck. The inside and the back. Inside front had a lot of dirt. Had not been cleaned in awhile and with Corona virus you should be ashamed of yourselves. I could of left it the same way but I did not. Also the back was full of crap and dirt and all I needed was to move a little bit of clothes and then I had to clean it even though I didn't dirty it. You should be so ashamed of yourselves.

Gary and Anna are incredible! They helped me out of a touch spot at the last minute when I needed storage I did not think I would need. They are super friendly, and even stayed late to get me situated on a Saturday evening! Cannot say enough great things about the management of this location! AAA+++!!!!

The electrical was not well maintained and was broken but it still worked thanksfully. All in all though it was a great experience renting this dolly and I had no issues on the drive out . I would recommend to friends for sure .

Due to the mix up with the drop off location I was unable to go to that location. But all was great with Uhaul.

Even though I confirmed the truck rental & dolly and even confirmed the time I would arrive, the truck had not been cleaned. So I had to wait for someone to sweep the inside of the truck and hose it down because the windshields were very dirty. While I appreciated the help and Gary's friendliness, I would have appreciated it even more if that was already done prior to my arrival because I was tight on time. The worst part is that they didn't have the dolly (even though they confirmed they had it the previous day), so I had to drive to another location and rent it separately, which took up A LOT of my time. On the day of a move, the last think you want is to waste precious time renting the truck and equipment.

I would definitely not try to scam people over the gas. I took a photo of the fuel tank indicator before driving and after and the gas was exactly where it was when I picked it up ( I put $15 of gas and only drove 24 miles) and even so I was still charged an additional $14 for "fuel" I emailed them about it and all they responded with was resending a copy of the agreement I signed. I feel ripped off and scammed but this. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
