The service at this location is outstanding. I've rented many U-Haul trucks of various sizes over the years from different locations and this one is the best.

Rude and unprofessional, throwing his hands up while asking for keys upon arrival. There was not any keys to rent a vehicle tow. Workers left the tow in the parking lot and did not put it in the fenced area where the other uhaul is stored. Drop off was about 5 pm. Went back at 5:24 pm took picture of tow returned and still not put away in the fenced/gated area.

We dropped the uhail any the Madras Oregon location.

Truck was not clean, had to sweep the back before could load items, truck was badly dented and damaged, tires almost no tread, a/c would stop work if truck had to downshift to climb a hill, windshield so filthy couldn't see clearly out of it which could have been dangerous.

They were closed so we called to make sure of the drop off time and took pictures of the u haul to show the construction of it so on top of charging me for gas that they had no right to charge they hit my account for another 20 dollars for a conference fee not acceptable

You advertise 19,99 to rent a truck for a day you ended up charging me 97 for four hours plus you took out of my bank account without my permission 16,5 that you said I owed you in gas How did it go from 19,99 to that if that isn’t miss representation I don’t know what is

The experience at this location was miserable at best. I was sent to this location due to a mix up with my original reservation. My experience at stay center started as I walked in the door and the gentleman at the counter started shaking his head and asked if I was the one here for the trailer then said its not going to happen. Then he proceded to begrudgingly "attempt" to run my reservation in his system but in actually he was just canceling my reservation (he admitted to a little later). Then he said it will not allow him to due to my vehicle being incompatible. After about 15 minutes of this gentleman muttering curse words under his breath and shaking his head, I informed him I would step outside and call the agent back that sent me there. As soon as I stepped outside I call the agent as inside the gentleman locked up the location and began trying to leave. While I had the agent on the phone I stepped to the door as that gentleman was leaving accompanied by another younger gentleman. After explaining the the two that the agent is on speaker phone and she sees no issue with the compatibility. The first gentleman muttered a couple "things" and said to bad i already canceled the reservation then continued to try leaving. I spoke to the gentleman #2 about the issue and after convincing him to try he re-entered the location. After another 25 minutes and a significant amount of muttering and cursing from the first gentleman who had walked back inside. The younger gentleman successfully check the trailer out to me and assist in hooking it up to my vehicle. This experience was the absolute worst I have ever been through in any customer service situation. The only thing that was a positive, was the agent I had worked with, she was amazing throughout this endeavor.

This was a very good experience. I wouldn't change anything other than how Uhaul does the fuel. I drove less than 10 miles total and it cost me almost $30 to fuel it up because the person before me didn't fuel it up completely. Other than that it was great and this Uhaul location was the nicest people and very easy to do business with. I strongly recommend them.

Truck had not been swept out or checked by staff. Previous customers blankets and dirt was in back. Windshield was covered with several days of snow and ice. So truck had sat uninspected from Previous return for days. Location could not assist with ice removal from Windshield

Beth was very helpful at pick-up. My only complaint would be not processing the returned trailer credit. This was taken care of by Uhaul, but not handled on your end.

Reservation system that worked. If I reserve a 26 foot U-Haul I should not get a call the day before to change it. Over all my experience was horrible outside of the locations.

Contract stated drop off at 9am. Employees were there but refused to help until 9:30. Had to call dispatch to drop off my truck and trailer. Employee was rude. The moment I completed the drop off with dispatch is when he wanted to help. I left the truck and went across the street. When I left he finally decided to do something and got in the truck and started working. At 9:10. Why couldn't he just complete my return and be on my way. Terrible location and staff.

They have charged me an extra day twice in the last month. Contract states by 5 pm but the liar on the phone says that counts as an extra day.

Clean the equipment before renting it. It's not fair for me to have to scrub all of my possessions because you left charcoal soot inside the trailer I rented. Don't rent trailers that leak either. It's not fair for me to have water dripping on my possessions every time it rained.

This is the third time that we've rented with Stay Center and as usual they are the very best!!! Friendly, helpful, and a joy to work with. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a Uhaul. They are AWESOME.
