I went in to this location to pick up my rental and their internet was not working therefore the process took much longer than what it should have, and the staff could also use better customer greeting skills.

Jack BThe location was almost impossible to find due to construction. The personal were helpful but the location address was not in GPS correctly and led us to other locations.
Lorraine HDarlene is very nice, rented trailers from her in the past. I do believe that the inconvenience I was out should have been some sort of credit. Glad it was a local move with this truck
Brian CThere were ZERO U-haul signs on the outside of this locale. so I found out once I stepped inside. Put U-Haul signage on the outside. Also provide access to customer rest rooms! the habit to post Rest Room out of service is seen too many times on independent U-Haul locations. Also staff mentioned that septic tank has water ingress at location so if there is rain the raw sewer of the septic tank flows over creating an unsanitary condition. In the end access to the rest room was granted by location staff

GREGORY BI had to go to three Uhaul places before one would take the trailer. Knowing that two of them weren't accepting dropouts would have been helpful. The people at both the pickup and stupid locations couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Austin HAfter my original reservation was completely messed up in Farmersville, this UHaul place was wonderful. Of course, by the time I got there, I was just looking for someone with my rental who knew how to run the paperwork! I am glad I changed stores.

PAMELA TWell the truck I drove definitely needed brakes. And returning the truck was hard to understand because it was at a liquor store and it was closed. I did everything the video said and I was supposed to get an instant refund to my card but haven't received it yet. Praying it comes soon. Vicki Poe

BRUCE AThe address is completely wrong, it is on the other side of town as where it shows up on your maps. Please fix. Other than that problem. Staff was polite and helpful. Would reccomend.
Noah AMake sure the vehicles are in better driving conditions. The truck we got had front end alignment off by a lot it pulled to the left. The steering wheel was even off set from normal 12 o'clock position. Also A/C went on and off through our trip.

JANET HThis was the third location that my reservation was sent to. I completely understand that U-Haul is busy but we lost 2 hours if packing. The lady at the Greenville location was very nice but she was having trouble with the computer so t know if it was her or the U-Haul system.

ROBERT GYou have the wrong pickup location. Originally, it was A Mini Storage in Garland Texas; however, no one was at the location when I was supposed to pick it up. I called the manager and he said the person who was supposed to be there had left (it was 3:30 in the afternoon and my scheduled pick up time). I worked with another U-Haul vendor who contacted the central assignment and they moved my reservation to Senior G Inc in Rowlett; however, no one was there to answer a call either. After several phone calls to the area manager, someone met me at the Rowlett location and hooked up the trailer.

kathy pI would like to say the staff at Steelcreek Storage and Uhaul are amazing. Don and his wife went above and beyond to help me on a day that was headed downhill fast. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me with the lights/wiring on my truck so I could get a trailer. They are so friendly and helpful. I will refer anyone and everyone that ask about storage or uhaul to them.
tammy hU-Haul Contract 25092958. The trailer size was changed to a 5X9 during the rental per my request, however I still paid the same price as the 6X12. I believe I am due a partial refund.
