Super easy and came in handy for my move!
Jonathan SMy cell reception and their wireless reception were poor so my self check in procedure using the U-Haul app took forever to upload the required photos. It took less than 10 minutes to take the required photos but it took over 30 minutes for them to upload. Why did I have to drive from Fitzgerald GA to Rochelle GA to drop off both my truck and trailer while driving past a UHaul location in Fitzgerald?

STEPHEN BIt was a diesel repair business so not like the u-haul businesses I was expecting. They made me park and unhitch the trailer back along the back fence. If I didn't have my hand truck, I couldn't have unhitched it myself.
William HWe are elderly and we were told to take the trailer around to the very back of the property and unhook ourselves. It was in a field and very uneven to back and drive.
