The person at the location was extremely pissed off that he even had to help me, kept saying they were closed but yet their contracted to have 24 hour service. One truck he couldn't find the keys for, another was dead, the one I got was dirty bc they couldn't get a truck that worked. And when I called the owner she basically brushed it off. Very poor service, and attitude. I wouldn't go here again!

Marques LWhen I returned the truck the man did not check the car till after I left , as I was in the front waiting for my ride he went out to check the truck, as he was walking back I asked ihim if everything was good, he gave me a thumbs up, and now I'm receiving a cleaning bill, even though I tried to clean the last renters mess of dog hair.
Marlene MThe man helping me was very kind and helpful was v professional and went the extra mile to help my rental, he was working with a very unhelpful uhaul program that kept kicking him off, even though it was a pain, he remained very calm and humorous. I will go to his place of business every time i need to rent a truck. 10/10 on every level. Merci!

Pedro SThe place was just fine. But it was miles across town from where I preffered. Had to get an uber instead of have my brother drop me off for pickup. This location also didn't have both rentals I needed, though my uber did pass a location which clearly did have both parked on their lot. Dealing with uhaul for this move has definitely left a foul taste in my mouth and I will opt to pay more next time to try a different rental company.
Daniel CI had reserved moving blankets and a hand truck. They were not on the vehicle. Had to ask for them. They didn't have the hand truck so I had to go to another Uhaul location to get one.

WILLIAM PA very bad part of town. Not safe. No one was in there when I went in. Had to call out multiple times. Place stinks.Look at the name of the place. "Still High" and it's a smoke shop? Took forever. After using my card there, today I received a fraud attempt on my card. The lady was putting the info in on her phone. This is UHAUL?
Peter DThis location is a smoke shop and piñata shop all in one that had no AC and smelled so heavily of animal urine that I thought I would vomit the entire time. It took us 45 minutes to pick up the uhaul as the woman helping us couldn't figure out the app on her phone. Pulling out was a nightmare and I had to stand in the street to block traffic for us to get the uhaul backed up because there was no other way out. Once we had already high tailed it out of the sketchy area and got home we realized that she never gave us the dolly or moving pads that we paid for and we are still waiting on reimbursement from uhaul. I felt unsafe in this location and thought I was either going to be shot, stabbed, or mugged while there. Terribly part of town, awful service, disgusting interior, and awful parking. All in all a horrifying experience that I never want to relive.
