I had an issue with the Uhaul website. When I revised my initial reservation simply for a time change, the website changed my reserving location. Luckily Stoicheff's was able to resolve the conflict and I received my van.

David SnyderI was told I could return after hours and complete the rental online easily through the app. When I tried to do so I could not find my rental or a related option to complete the rental (return truck) and was charged $20 as an after hours fee. Then I was told I had to dispute through U-Haul to get the money back, which is ridiculous. It's not my fault, and i was told the app works for 98 % of the people in a very arrogant tone, as if I'm stupid. Not happy at all, and I expect to be reimbursed the $20 by U-Haul.

Dennis DayThis isn't Stoicheff's fault, but when I tried to return the truck and take pictures the website continuously would refresh. Eventually, I gave up and so I was charged a $20 convenience fee. I don't recommend returning after hours if you can help it.

kristen rindeThe young man behind the counter was nice and he went out to check my truck and make sure it was in good shape and I had filled the gas up. He came back after ten minutes and told me I was set. They seemed nice there too and it was easy to get in and out of with a 15 foot truck.

Thad PayneThe parking lot is WAY TOO SMALL, especially for after-hours returns. I used a 26 foot truck and returned it at 8:30pm on a Saturday. I was forced to leave the truck along a curb/side of the building, which was not actually a parking spot. Plus, someone had parked their personal car next to the building as well. I was able to negotiate the spot, but nearly blocked that car. Also, someone else had returned their 26-ft truck and they took-up two parking spots. The parking lot is so small that I think the seemingly-inexperienced driver could not negotiate a straight parking job. I'd be hard-pressed to use this location again to return a truck....a trailer, maybe.
