Aschalew C.The rep told me the gas tank was full. After driving away, I realized it was below the F mark but thought maybe needles on trucks don't go past the F mark. I filled the tank 36 miles after pickup and the truck required 11 gallons of gas. It should have been only 3,5 gallons of gas. At $4,5 a gallon, I overpaid by $33.75. Very bad practice to lie to a customer.

RYAN V.When we picked up the truck it smelled bad and was dirty. The gas tank wasn't full and when we brought that to the clerks attention he said don't worry about it. Well when we brought the truck back we filled the gas to where we found it and the same guy treated us bad and still charged us for not returning with a full tank. And I have rented at this same place before that clerk told us we would have to rerun the truck earlier then we rented it for because a friend of his needed it.

Channah P.When I did my order online it was a section where you get 4 dozen of blankets for 10 bucks and the guy didn't have the 4 dozens he had only 3 but I got charged 25 dollars instead of 10 and I rented 2 trucks and he did the same for both also I had been charged for 120 when you see the miles that I really drove were 78 miles non good I rent a lot of your trucks and I never had this problem
