I had a lot of trouble with the U-Haul app. I entered in my information and the information of my friend who drove the truck the night before, saved it, and had to re-enter it the morning of pickup because the information did not save, even though I clicked save drivers.

Was charged 2 days rental despite trailer being returned in 8 hours. Because of Fall break at local schools, they were closed the following day, my scheduled return date, but they charged me two days rental since they didn’t check the trailer in for 58 hours, despite it being returned in 8hours

Owners went above and beyond for my rental. I even had a problem (totally my fault) and she took care of it without making me feel like an idiot! She was extremely helpful and I will do my future business with them for sure! Excellent van and well maintained with no issues and easy pick up too!

It was a joke getting my rental equipment they double-booked it people in the office that double booked and reservations cancelled supposed to be two minutes from my house I had to drive 20 minutes away to get it I've been on returning I was supposed to return it in Cloverdale and they sent me a message to return it in greencastle which added extra 45 miles to my day my gas and my time and my mileage on my truck it's a joke and I will never use U-Haul again ever.

Go out of business. Check in online when they said they would be there. A dollar a mile for a piece of shit. When they say check for damage and don’t worry about all other”x” on the van. My whole van was one big x. The absolute worst costumer service. It cost me 150 dollars for 1 day to move my daughter 7 miles. I will never rent another van from you again and will tell everybody I know to avoid you. There are other places to rent better equipment. Cans and bottles under the seat. Nasty rag under the driver seat and you guys have the balls to charge me 7 dollars for a dolly in the back of the van. Never again. I will be glad when that place closes!!

A more visible key return would be helpful. I was unable to leave the key upon returning the truck during nonbusiness hours and had to go back the following day to return key.

I reserved a truck two months in advance, called and confirmed my pickup two days before my reservation. My reservation was for 9am. I had to wait til 1pm because my truck was given away to someone else with no phone call, email or any type of contact about the change.

Have your dispatch center and web site get their stuff together. Miss informed on equipment location and availability. Then tried to explain it away as returned equipment not being returned on time.

The owner of this U-Haul location was rude, and not personable. She was difficult to talk to, and tried to push me out the door as fast as possible. She gave short, one-word answers, was very non-descript, and was not accommodating. She refused to let me change truck sizes, and said that they do not carry furniture dollies. What U-Haul location doesn’t have furniture dollies? The only positive thing about this experience was the cleanliness of the truck. Will not return here.

Be sure to include the moving extras requested during the reservation. I requested a dolly and it was not in the truck.
