Garbage left inside U-Haul and no dolly was provided when I paid for it

ELIUD MAll information provided on line was worthless. Took 25 min after pick up arrival to start driving the truck. Place stinks (cat urine).
Edgar VThe location was not clean at all. They did not have the trailer I reserved available. I added two furniture dollies and they only had one. It took over 45 minutes to pickup the trailer. I had to take a bigger trailer than I reserved which I did not need. I don't think one part of the entire process went smoothly. You guarantee the reservation but nothing I reserved was available

Robert B1. Teach them how to navigate the rental sign up. Took an hour 2. Teach them to log in when the trailer is returned. After returning the trailer Monday I needed another trailer on Friday from a different location. Uhaul had an e-hold on me. Took 1 hour of my time on the phone while my employee wasted this same hour sitting at Uhaul on Waters Ave. Uhaul could not get ahold of the Black Lake dealer.
Troy MRequire accurate contact information, active voicemail accounts, and mandatory availability during posted business hours. Forgot toll transponder in truck when returned at 8:30 AM, returned to store at 10 AM and the store was closed for no apparent reason. Called number on U-Haul site and phone numbers on handwritten sign on door and was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. Had to report transponder lost/stolen and purchase a new one.
David WOnly do express pick up. The store was dirty and the pick up process was slow.
Blake BThe truck worked great! The sales representative was very kind. But, the location the truck were both filthy. I had to wipe down the dashboard and the truck before I used it. Again, everything worked great. Just not clean.
Jason RThe entire ceiling was caving in & soaking wet and smelled like nothing I've ever smelled before. The service was highly unorganized and barked orders at me. The parking lot has 0 lighting after dark with all sorts of obstacles, especially not good for people maneuvering trailers and big trucks. Won't use this location again.
Trenton PUpon pickup truck was very dirty with trash in cab and black grey substance on driver window crank… had to take disinfectant wipes to the entire cabin … rep at counter began the checkout process then proceeded to checkout other customers before finishing the rental … upon drop off there were literal buckets on floor collecting falling water from roof and a smell of sewage

Jyllian LAfter I checked in online using the app, the lady in the store had next to no idea how to find the key to the truck I reserved even when I gave her the screen shot showing her the key ID#. The truck itself smelled like cigarette smoke. The roof had some kind of leak to it and a lot of my belongings got wet during my move. Very unhappy about this experience.
Jared CTruck rear door had a wire whipping around free that seems to be using two but the right side door wire was broken and frayed having sharp splits cutting my hand and arm nearly wracking my friend who was helping me very dangerous. I had asked about this when picking it up at 9am said "yes it works " but had alot of moving to do so couldn't look for another but will definitely not be in the future.
ian gThe truck was in terrible shape. Well past its usable life and not maintained at all. The were old cigarettes in the ashtray and ashes everywhere. The seatbelt was so gummed up I just through my shirt away after using it.

Carlos CI rent a lot of U-Haul trailers for my business, and I cringe when I have to go to this location. Even when I self check-in beforehand they still take 30 minutes to check me through re-asking the same questions I already answered...why bother. I put down my time to pick-up at 8a.m. (their opening time) and they get there at 9 costing me an additional hour. When I went to return the trailer at 8 the next day no one was there so I left it and put a note on the door. I tried calling all day and got no answer (like always) and they do not have voicemail. It took them 2 days to notice that the trailer was back and instead of calling me they just charged me for 3 days. That is just plain poor business. The store is not clean, smells and has drug paraphernalia everywhere you look. Quite offensive if you're not a pothead. My company will not be using this U-Haul location again and recommend you don't either!
rosalind HThis is a convenience store, the place was locked up when I arrived (well within their operating hours) with a sign come back in 5 mins. About 15 minutes later they opened the store. The person doing the rental agreement with me was more interested in her cell phone than finishing the agreement.
Stephen GDriverside mirror is broken and cannot be adjusted therefore is a driving hazard because you have to pull the seat belt down so the driver won't choke to bend down to see if you can change lanes safely. Please fix the mirror duct tape is NOT WORKING!!!
ARLITA LDriver mirror held on by duct tape. That is a first for me. Drop box for key would be nice. The app and u haul connection were slow. It would have been better if they were faster.

ROBERT BI didn't received the dolly's , furniture pads that I ordered and paid ! I spoke to the owner but the language barrier was so bad and she hang up the phone on me . I please need a refund on those items I didn't get and used

RAH AThe truck I rented was old and poorly maintained. The steering was sloppy, requiring constant corrections. The driver's side mirror was nearly falling off and would not hold a position for more than a few seconds leading to some harrowing lane changes. You really need to inspect this site and the condition of their vehicles!
Joel BThe site was great, but UHaul Org did not do a good job. I made my reservation well in advance, and got confirmation. The day of the rental the dealer pulled up the order to rent me the truck and your system had an error and would not let me rent. He called your tech support and they said they did not know what the issue was, and did not help at all. Finally after wasting a half hour they cancelled the order and I did it on site. A hassle and I will definitely look elsewhere next time.
Kent WThe attendant was very elderly lady with no other help. I was required to pick it up move it hook everything. Some problem with return. Need better customer service.
Lonnie MThe van that was rented did not have a functioning fuel gauge and I put about 15$ more gas into the tank than was necessary. The lady at this location could not help me out at all.

Stephanie CI was over charged. When I call to go over I am told to call some one else. When I call I wait 35 to 40 minutes they tell me to hold then they hang up. This Is a standard operation unless I am calling to rent again. I will dispute this charge and tell all to be very careful if they use your service.
Kevin PI'm a regular customer and usually use the Citrus Park location. I used this one since it was closer and was sorely disappointed. I will use UHaul again but not from this location.
MICHAEL AThe place was closed when I arrived. When the person opened the door she was not welcoming and the store was cluttered. I would not go there to purchase anything. She was difficult to understand and there really.was.not an intake process.

Richard HDo not recommend this location. Very rude older Indian lady. I had already paid for the uhaul equipment all I needed to do was pick it up. She made me redo the whole order through her out dated computer system. This took forever making me over an hour late to meet the movers at my unload location.
bravo jI did online rental of the trailer we needed. Went in day of pickup, and got it! Left. They had quite a few other trailers and trucks on this property to be rented. Very convenient location for us.

Robert BService was beyond poor. The service guy cancelled by original reservation, changed my drop off location, and did not know how to hook up the trailer; did not wrap around hitch loop to be able to lock the connection. I would NEVER use this location again.
