Dropoff was a gas station, all I did was park it the back, turned the keys in, they didn't check milage, or inside the truck or back anything, just took the keys

I asked for furniture pads but none were given. When I sent the picture and showed I had no furniture pads I was still charged for them anyway.

I did not receive the dolly I rented and I got the wrong size truck

The employees at that pick up drop off location were not trained and how to handle the paperwork or return paperwork had no idea what vehicle I was taking and it was poorly managed.

They had a hard time finding the key to the U Haul so maybe next time making sure it's there and ready to go would be nice.

The woman behind the counter was rude. She did not seem to know what I was talking about when I showed her the order on my phone so I could pick up my keys. She threw the keys at me when she realized she had to give them to me.

No problems on the drop off

This is a convenience store whose employees had no idea how to handle the return. Small parking lot where I had to pick a spot, back in and unhitch with no help. The lot had a slight slope, so the trailer started to roll forward. Thankfully, a patron of the store came and held the trailer while I found something to chock the wheels, which was empty beer cans. I informed them inside they needed to do something to secure the trailer.

Make sure trailer works properly, when i got trailer one of the tail lights was out in it. Dont understand how i got charged for 4 days when i only used it 2 days
