I rented a truck to be picked up in Pea Ridge, planned my moving times accordingly, but was told 4 days before the move I would have to puck up the truck in Rogers. Neither the man at Pea Ridge or the man in Rogers were very helpful. They were friendly but not helpful/knowledgeable. Uhal used to be service oriented. I was very disappointed this time.LOIS G.
It took 45 minutes just to rent a trailer due to lack of staff at the busy gas station and they were not familiar with the products they rent. I said I wanted a trailer with a ramp and they did not know what in their inventory would meet the need, I had to go out and take a picture to show them what I needed. At first the gas station was very poorly ran and just didn't feel safe inside. Unclear on drop off hours. When reserving the uhaul it showed I got 2 days for my rental and it turns out I only got 1 and that wasn't made clear. The truck we got barley started and when accelerating on the highway the A/C would shut off and eventually started blowing heat.CHARLES S.

The trailer we rented had a bald tire. The person who checked us out did not go out to the trailer with us and walk us through the equipment. The trailer was dirty.Daniel C.

Didn't have the 10 foot truck I reserved, didn't have the furniture pads I reserved and then when I agreed to take a smaller van, the â€œmileage outâ€ total was 50 miles lower than the actual mileage out so had to sort that when I returned the rental to avoid being charged 40 $too much! Also the location is really seedy with gambling machines inside the gas station shop and it sells (a lot of) marijuana paraphernalia. Will not use this location again and would not recommend to any of my family and friends.JAMES I.

Rental location is a gas station with only one person working the cash register. Don't expect any help. They don't inspect the equipment nor your tow vehicle to ensure safe operation or proper tow vehicle.Scott B.

Location was not my first choice. Got redirected to this location the day before the move,TOMMY H.
I originally had a truck reserved days prior at the Twin rivers ave location in Springdale AR. BUT when I got there Trent the Uhaul associate told me they were double booked and didnt not have a truck, and this took a 40 minute wait and he assured me that there awas a truck reserved for me at the 8th street Rogers location and the manager Skylar would be waiting on me. So I drove 25 minutes to the 8th street Rogers AR location where I met Skylar who had no idea about it and did not have a truck. She then sent me to the W Hudson Rd location where they had a truck. When I got to this location they told me my reservation was for 1130am the next day and I said no it is for today 2 hours ago. So she changed my reservation back to the tieme I booked it for and gave me a truck. BUT this truck was not clean and had floral old lady blankets in it, Mid Covid, and I had to clean and dispose of the items myself. So I had to go to three diffferent locations take 2 and a half hours to get my truck and pay extra mileage because the truck I finally got was in the complete wrong direction of my moving route. This was the biggest shit show from a "professional" company I have ever seen. I guess I should use penske from now on.LANDON G.

Air pressure in tires should be double checked before renting a trailer. Once loaded and read to travel, the passenger-side rear tire seemed low. It gauged at 8 psi. Luckily, I had an air compressor.gary I.

The staff were very nice but the truck was dirty, the auto transport needed air in the tires. And the desk person told me I was lucky to have a guy there who could hook up the transport to the truck for me b/c there usually is not. I am a single woman who uses uhaul b/c of the customer service and assistance. My biggest issue is with the call center in Tulsa. They called me 24 hours prior to my move and told me that my equipment was not available at the location near my house (on Leverett Ave.) and I would have to drive 30miles to the Rogers, AR location. The representative was cold and unhelpful. I specifically asked for Leverett b/c I needed to pick up the truck (leave my jeep at U-Haul) load the truck and come back later in the day to load the jeep and auto transport. I did not have anyone to assist me and my move location is in a spot it is impossible to turn the truck&transport around in. There was no compensation for this huge inconvenience! And I had to pay for the gas to drive the extra 60mins (round trip) to pick up the truck/transport. I have been a long time U-Haul customer. My family was a U-Haul dealer in SW Kansas in the 1970's. I even won a bike in kid's U-Haul color contest back then. THIS is NOT the UHAUL company that I have known. Clearly, corporates greed has over run the ideals of good customer care and quality services. I am exceptionally disappointed and probably will not use your services again.Tera M.

The truck was filthy, dried mud covering both sides of the floor board and the doors. The cab smelled bad of cigarette smoke, and there was McDonalds lids on the dash. The passenger visor was also broken and the lock chained to the back of the truck had been cut open and therefore was unusable. I asked for an appliance dolly and it wasn't there when I got the truck home. I was charged a cleaning fee and had to email service to get the dolly rental fee and cleaning fees reimbursed. Will not be doing business with Uhaul any longer.Timothy R.

The personnel couldn't find my return. The location he insisted for me to park the trailer was very difficult to manuver. Even when I asked to find another location to park it he declined.KEVIN M.
The truck had random items in the back such as plastic bags, markers, and lipstick. The cab had visible red dirt on the floor. The person I picked up the truck from didn't want to show go outside to show me the vehicle I would be taking until I asked him to and they didn't take the time to look at the truck when I came back.maddey H.
The Uhaul was smelly and very dirty. It is suppose to be an easy to a pickup and it took longer than 5 minutes for him to even locate my reservation. Then there was a cleaning fee that was being charge that I disputed because the Uhaul was dirty to being with.Erika M.

Was charged for two days and two safemove charges when it should have been one of each. I was refunded 51 $and change from the location but to my knowledge it should be more like 55 $. Do not have time to call and sit on hold for 3 $credit please remedy this situation.Brett G.

The entire process was very easy. The truck was immaculate and the return after hours was convenient.Rodrique P.
Reserved an appliance dolly with rental. When I showed up no appliance dolly was available. I had to ask for a replacement to be found in the local area as my truck rental required an appliance move. Once it was located I had to drive to the other location and rent separately from that location, which required me additional mileage (14 additional miles) in the truck and that I had to then return the truck and appliance dolly at different locations, requiring additional mileage on return and an additional stop.Jay D.
First, this is not the location requested. The location was an additional 20 minutes away from the original Haul center. Second, the location is a gas station with very little space to leave your vehicle while renting the truck. The location did not appear 'safe' or 'welcoming'. In short, I would drive past this gas station if I needed to fill-up. Let alone rent a truck/vehicle from here. Lastly, did not receive the dollies requested in the original submission form. Would not use Uhaul again or this location.Richard M.

The wire harness from the truck to the hauler was frayed causing us to loose running lights halfway through the trip. The fray caused the wire to short out and blew 2 fuses in the truck. Finding a uhaul dealer to change the fuses was not easy. This caused us to be delayed several hours in our trip.Robert H.

The appliance dollys were not in the vehicle. We had to go to a second location 1 and a half hrs later, 20 minutes away to rent an appliance dolly. The only help we got was from on line folks. The haul pick up worker at the location was not helpful. He told us to call the # for help. Nothing opened until 9 or 10. Not helpful at all. The phone people were very helpful! Car hauler hand crank for the tongue jack needs lubricating. It was very difficult to operate. Otherwise, the trailer worked as expected, very well. All lights worked, chains and tie downs were available. Great experience. Thanks.alan Y.

The tow dolly was full of oil /grease i had to locate the trailer & I had to load it onto my truck and unload it myself the clerk was very slow and really didn't seam to care how much of my time he waisted he really didn't want to be there at allRobert E.
