I live in Tulsa, OK. I went to a U-haul location in Tulsa. They send me to Sand Springs? Ridicules! There are numerous locations in Tulsa that I could and should have been sent to. The set-up for renting a truck was inferior. It took me 3 hours from start to finish to rent a truck. Had I known that it would be so hard I would have gone elsewhere. Would I recommend U-haul to friends and family, absolutely NO. Make checking out simple and easy. It should not have been so extremely difficult. By the way, the person who entered my information estimated my mileage usage from Tulsa to Norman. They should have calculated from Sand Springs to Norman. They had the gall to charge me extra because I went over my mileage? This was incorrect and I would request a refund. I would also like to speak directly with someone who actually has any some type of upper management experience. You may contact me at my number listed under my contact info with U-haul. Will I receive a telephone call? Probably not. And for this reason alone I give U-haul a big fat zero all the way around.

The rep inside the store was belligerent about the truck being 24/7 access. When the U-Haul supervisor arrived he advised that it wasn’t 24/7 until he just made it that way. I won’t be using that location again but will continue to use this company because we couldn’t have moved without this service! Thank you!!

Heather at this location was rude & over charged me !!! I will never use uhaul again My house was flooded in a emergency disaster & I called to make sure I was ok with the truck the First Lady told me not to worry Heather told me the exact opposite & she could not help!!! Charged my credit card twice for a total of 590$ kinky had the truck 8 days & barely any miles!!! I’m pissed

needed another person to handle UHaul clients (location was also a gas station/food shop) - nice lady but we had to wait and got there after the time to pick up. Gas cap open when picked up and in shady area. All clients for gas station/food shop were very nice though and familiar with counter lady so did make me feel a little more @ ease.

I was charged for driving 141 miles when in reality I only drove @41. I believe that the place I rented from is falsifying the odometer reading in order to make extra. I will never use this location or for that matter U-Haul again. Just an overall bad experience. I believe that U-Haul should conduct an audit to see if the rental place is falsifying their records.

I am thankful for the service I received. This location and the uhaul representative met my individual needs. I had a re reservation at the downtown center & Amber there was very helpful too. All uhual representative involved in my move worked selflessly to meet My needs. This experience made me thankful that I stick with my UHual brand... choice for my moves. Working together, working with me, relieving my stress... awesome customer service. Thank you ladies. You were encouraging & supportive. ??????

The first truck they were going to give me was full of junk in the back. The second one was fine. The windshield was dirty. It took a long time to get the rental figured out. This wasn't the location I booked for the truck pick up. This location was 5 miles further away then the original location. When I dropped off the truck I was charged extra for driving an extra 3 miles. That is ridiculous, uhaul hassled me with going out of my way then charged me extra because of it. Obviously that is not the Stop and Save's fault.

I reserved my truck 2 miles from where I was loading. The day before I get a text I have to drive 16 miles to get a one way truck. My truck I reserved was for a total of 39 miles. Guess what after driving the truck back from picking it up 16 miles I went over my 39 miles and had to pay for that extra. Thanks alot. Sure is nice to pay for extra when I was not in the wrong. For a week notice then throw me a curve ball and charge me for extra. Poorly done wrong
