There was broken glass all in the back of uhual from previous user and my son didn't see it so he ended up cutting his hands on it. After speaking with the representative inside, she you'd be in a rude manner that she had cleaned it the night before & wont even acknowledge my concerns.

The rentals were very good. However, the rental reservation process was unacceptable. My reservation was changed to a local dealer 20+ miles from my homes location. I didn't receive any notification of change whatsoever. I only found out by calling the store I'd be picking both rentals up at the day before & they couldn't get it changed to their store. Next option (my only option) was to pick up at 2 different locations. That was a 24/7 set up. The mobile app didn't let me complete the pick up by submitting my credentials via phone app. So had to waste another hour of precious loading time til 9am when the store opened. Returned to get the truck then drive 10+ miles to get the trailer. Overall I lost 3-4 hrs of valuable loading time because of this fiasco! Not satisfied with Uhaul at all! This experience may have quite changed my mind on using uhaul ever again.

I can't rate my experience because I never had one due to the fact that there wasn't a truck at the location. This was at 5 o'clock in the morning and it was the worst customer service experience I have had in my lifetime. From the terrible website to the inefficient customer service I received. If I can help it I will never use U-Haul another day in my life. I would rather spend money to have a moving service to do this and I will going forward.

First off there's cameras at the site?? I rented the truck 03/07/23 at 9:12 am returned the truck 03/08/23 at 9:12am $257 was taken out of my bank account! I was accused of having it for 3 days when I only had it for one day. I called the customer service number because I couldn't reach anyone at the location, the lady told me I had to wait 72 hours to hear something back! I called the location again and Tryone accuses me of having the truck for 2 days now because it was dropped off at 11:00 or 12:00 which it was not! It was literally dropped off at 9:12am. I even have a dash cam footage with the time, date & location showing me dropping the truck off at the time I was suppose to. Here I am with $456 that's Been taken out my account with bills coming out and no money to cover them now!! They're telling me I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to be released back to me! This is ridiculous!!! Very unprofessional and out right criminal!! I feel after all this stress and inconvenience with my money I shouldn't have to pay for anything!! I have never been through this kind of thievery from a company before!!

I turned in the equipment and was told by the representative at the location to bring it back at anytime just turn the keys in . Then I was charged and extra fee . I turned in the same day put received an email that I did not return the equipment. I tried to call the location but no one answer the phone . I called and spoke to uhaual representative and they could not reach the location either . I really would like a refund on that extra fee . I was over charged

After changing my pick-up location 3 times and still not having both pieces of equipment I needed the Front tire was worn, low on air and pulled hard to the right (this is a brand new truck, only had 3000 miles) when we went to the next location, the dolly was not there and they refused to fill the truck tire with air because we didn't rent the truck there. No help or communication between stores. They had an "you're on your own attitude."

The main issue I had was obtaining a gate code to leave the property once one picks up the rental truck. I had to wait for another customer to open up the gate. The office was closed so I had no one else to call.

Truck was not ready when I got there. I did contactless but had to go inside several times. The hand truck that was ordered was not in truck. I had to go back inside for the key. This all took a additional 25 minutes I was not satisfied especially since I wanted contactless. The young lady did try and help

We did not have a problem with the location. It was fine. But the trip with the truck was not pleasant at all. We drove about 8 hours with a really annoying and disrupting noise. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from but every time we sped over 45-50 the sound was really loud. Imagine driving all those hours on a highway with that sound? We have used Uhaul before in several occasions with no issues, but this time, which has been our longest trip, was very unpleasant and disappointing. We were hoping for a nice long trip to our new town.

I was over charged on mileage everything was done local less than 30 miles was charged 79 miles at 69 cents a mile, I tried contacting UHaul all day no respond

This truck was the worst truck I've ever driven. It needs replaced. The location and customer service at this location was SUPERB, but this truck needs to be retired.
