the young lady at u-haul in Battle Mtn. NV was really nice. helpful, even with a major power outage in the area due to Tornado storms in the area and 4 " to 5" of rain wind and snow. Thankyou U-Haul for making our rental outstanding with GMC truck. What a great haul truck. Jim Mac

tYLER RENOLDSI wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone as in St. George Utah the manager loaded my car onto the trailer and tied it down. In Elko they make you completely untie and unload yourself. They say that they can't even help me guide it off due to insurance issues. They were taking the trailer out of service it was so bad. What if this would have been a lady, and she couldn't have done the work herself.
Dennis PalmoreHorrible customer service front office lady needs to be fired immediately. Super unprofessional, very rude, unhelpful and has no desire to make the process easier for the customer. She used foul language and used inappropriate name calling to her customers. Very unwelcoming and toxic environment for everyone at this U-Hual facility. It was disgusting and should never be allowed at any business. Nothing will be done because it's such a small town and small facility which is sad but I hope nobody has to encounter our experience ever.
Mitchyll BowmanThe truck that I was given was clean and did everything I needed it to do, on my way back to the stor all facility, The truck had a check engine light come on, the engine shut off, luckily I was not far from my new address and was able to pull off the road without any issues. After turning the ignition off and taking the key out, I was able to put the key back and the truck fired up, I made it all the way back to the stor all facility with no issues, The check engine light did come back on but, the truck did not shut off. The after hours drop off was a huge pain and even with following all instructions on the app, I was still left with no clue on where to drop off the key to the truck. There was an orange box next to the front door of the facility and that is where I decided to put the key. This is the last time I will rent a truck on a weekend due to how extremely frustrating the after hours returns are. I DO NOT blame the stor all facility for any of these issues. The employees at that facility are A+ and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Even with the system being down, they still found a way to get me a rental truck so I could move. I DO blame the uhaul system and app for all of the issues I was having with the after hours return service. I am unsure what the engine issue was with the truck, truck had plenty of fuel to and from this location, I ended up putting in more fuel than I had to, and used a few more miles than I initially figured, I was charged for the extra miles and did not have an issue paying for what I used. All in all, I would recommend the stor all facility to anyone looking for equipment rentals and storage, I would avoid getting equipment unless you plan to return within business hours, just so you don't have to deal with the system issues I was having to deal with.

When I switched to the Ap it said I had nothing to return. I called Uhaul for assistance and the operator said the car hauler had already been checked in. Just a bit confusing.

RONALD DWAYNE FAHRNEYI didn't get a paper contract so I could check the unit's out. Started out with 3/4 of a tank of gas, contract said it was full. Drove to my storage to load up my stuff and drove to my new house then back to the drop off location, I still get charged for going over my allowed millage. filled up the van on the way to drop it off and got charged because the needle wasn't exactly on the full line. I have two more trips to make, I WILL NOT USE UHAUL AGAIN!! The lady at the desk where I turned it in pretty much said to bad for the problem.

Leonardo CorralesI'm disabled from osteoarthritis. I couldn't open the back to take the photo. I had people helping me yesterday and when I returned it, they had all gone home. One thing I'd like to ask UHAUL to do is add running boards to all the trucks or at least to a couple of them at each location for people like myself. I somehow managed to get up the first time but it was a huge effort. When I got home I got my handicap step to use on the return trip and that way I was able to lift it up into the cab so I could use it to step down. Also I had a hard time adjusting the mirrors. The man I hired yesterday had a hard time too. And I had no idea how to unlock the passenger door without squishing myself in the cab and leaning over. I was very pleased with myself that I'm going to be 69 at the end of the month and I remembered how to drive a vehicle without all the bells and whistles of today. I wonder how many drivers under 30 have ever seen a roll up window! Truck ran fine. Gas guzzler but fine.
Barbara Campbellthe truck was dirty when i got it and not well maintained. The entire process to get the truck took me over an hour and multiple trips back to the location. The pad lock that i had to open to get the key to the truck was so old and rusty and huge that i couldn't even open it, luckily i had hired movers and they came to help me open the lock. The customer service here locally was horrible and no help and when i called the 1-800 number they hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
