I had 1 day to return my truck and I turned it in the same day I picked it up and this location charged me extra saying I dropped it off the next day. If the guy who I turned the key into wasn't running his mouth maybe he could've processed my stuff right away (I asked him did I need to do anything else and he said no) I'm so glad I had proof of when I dropped it off with the time and date because if not I would be out of money for them not doing they're job. Tiffany in corporate was awesome and got my refund processed right away. Make sure you get paperwork of when you turn your key in!

The trailer, as rental units often have, had some dings and dents, but it functioned as needed. My biggest complaint is with UHaul online. Inventory was not correct. Days available was not correct. It took several tries at the location to actually rent the trailer due to online not being accurate. The staff worked very hard to get it right for me, but it took over an hour. Fix the online stuff!

I was disappointed only because the site told me I needed this size for my spyder. Carried it 2,5 hours away and then couldn't use it because the opening was too narrow for it to fit. So I carried it back 2,5 hours.

my card was charged twice as they did not enter the correct info in the original contract and had to rewrite it... but then ran my card again, first transaction i was charged for $260, second transaction i was charged almost $400 and they ensured me that i would be refunded within a couple hours for the first transaction... that didnt happen... HA next they gave me a deal if i would return it to a specific location, which gave me a discount of $60. when they rewrote the contract, that deal was then off the table and the amount basically doubled. they then assured me since that deal was off the table that i could return it to ANY uhaul location... when i went to return the uhaul, it was after hours so i took pictures and did the checkout process online... they told me that since i didnt drop it off at that location that i was going to be charged 3x the original amount because that meant that they had to move the truck. i argued with uhaul, customer service, the original uhaul location, and the location owner for HOURS about the terms of the agreement... according to my paperwork i could drop it off anywhere and thats what was also stated in the paperwork at the pickup location. when i went to checkout, they had me dropping it off about 30 minutes away and then i recieved an email stating that i needed to drop it off in a different location 30 minutes in the opposite direction. i will NEVER recommend uhaul to anyone i know. this was a disaster and ended up costing me SO much money because nobody within this company is on the same page with ANYTHING! also, i went to drop it off at one location and this woman had the worst customer service skills id ever seen... she growled and moaned when i stated i was there to drop off a uhaul and then was unwilling to accept it and gave me an address for a different location and said thats where i needed to go... when i called customer service during checkout, customer service stated that where i was dropping the truck and trailer off to was not even a certified uhaul location and that it wasnt showing up on her radar, even though i was CLEARLY at a uhaul location. all in all, nobody in this company seems to know what is going on. NOBODY! and each person has a different answer.

We could not get in the off hours gate. No one answered the texts we sent. Had to wait for another custom that had the gate code...

The truck was dirty and not ready for pick up. The staff there treated me as an inconvenience and hurried me away' even as I tried to do a pre-trip inspection. If any issues had been turned in they were to addressed. As some one who has driven Ford's from that production year both in and out of tow/haul mode I can saw the transmission needs to be checked out. Has issues shifting in the lower gears.

Rude unhelpful. We called on Saturday to ask the hours for Sunday we were told 9-5. We got there at 4 pm and they were closed. We called and were told A) we never called B) they closed at 2 C) they closed at 1 D) check it in online per text/email received. I NEVER got an email/text telling me how to return trailer online. Then they charged me an extra day rental. Next time I'll call Budget!!!

Nothing. The uhaul agent was very fast, but courteous. I was able to get in and out quickly. When I returned the trailer the next day, he again quickly processed the return and I was on my way. I would definitely come back to this location.
