Charged me an extra $15 without telling me. Location was not at a "U-Haul" specific rather a storage unit with a U-Haul area inside. Kinda hidden away. Only had one truck out front which I didn't need that big anyways. Probably wouldn't recommend

Meaghan BCould not get the key out due to poor instructions, no tow dolly was in the truck and I have been charged four times for a dolly I did not even have!!! I am not happy at all with this rental experience and expect someone to call me to rectify this or I will take this further.

Raschelle VUpon attempting to check-in the clerk was very resistant to service me. Was telling me oh yeah online blah blah. No. I don't trust me dropping my key off and calling it good, I wanted assurance my vehicle was checked in ontime and the attendant ignored me knocking I had to call then was very aloof when talking to me. Took a bit of constraint to get him to check me in. Otherwise no other issues.
