Excellent customer service and very helpful!
debby HThe app was not working for self service and the customer service was unhelpful. The owner of Stor Moore had to intervene and couldn't get the lock off of the back if the truck to get the keys so he had to cut it off which delayed my move. It was a horrible experience!

JAMIELEE MIt was the worse experience. I was told about using the mobile all, but I was not advised of the process to use the mobile app. Which i had complications with. I called customer service twice, and they acted like they couldn't do much. I'm being nice not giving it one star. It was the worse experience and will never do it again!

SHANAN LSigning in was a disaster, I lost almost an hour trying to sign in to get the key, It would be better to do this from your home. Finally one competent and patient representative was willing to help assist me while others were general and basically felt like I was on my own. Therefore it was a miserable experience.

Karen BThe equipment might have been well maintained, I couldn't really tell. I found it to have a lot of hard miles, a lot of rattles, had a skip when idling and not very stable on the road. I would think that a truck with more than 130K miles would have been cycled out of your fleet. This is a truck I would expect to find at the no name truck rental companies. For the price I would have expected something a lot newer with a lot less miles.

Anne HFor the Uhaul app, have the virtual truck pickup as an option for people even if they are late to pick up. I was late to pick up, and then had to spend twenty minutes on hold just to have them reset the online pick up so I could complete the process on the app. Just make that a feature on the app, the option to say "I'm late picking this up, but I still want to do the app pickup"
Emily JUhaul sent us to a non staffed location (even during business hours). Required extra effort to retun.
