I have had issues with the individual running this location in the past and yes this time too. U haul is great, the location staff…. No so much!

LANA cThere was a issue with the gas reading, I put gas in about 1 mile before I turned truck in ( this place had storage which I used to unload truck) however where I parked truck was on an angle giving false gas reading which resulted in a 6 gallon deficit ($34 surcharge) learned my lesson for next time

John WKym was a bit rude. Not helpful and insisted I move the vehicle from where I parked it. Told me she was not expecting a truck and dolly drop off and was surprised that her location was even assigned to my rental. When I showed her my rental agreement paperwork she said nothing except to instruct me that I needed to move the truck at that point in time. How can someone who is sitting there doing absolutely nothing to behave as though you're bothering them to do the job they get paid to do? I briefly discussed with her a rental unit she offered no additional information except to answer the two questions that I asked of her didn't Offered to show me any available units didn't offer any information didn't write any pricing down for me verbally told me the monthly rental and dismissed my presence. I will not be utilizing that facility for storage rental I will go elsewhere.

Joseph CIt took a long time to pick up the truck. Main reason is because the first truck I was given had a warning light issue related to the gas cap.
Ryan BNothing was wrong at the site but the UHAUL Truck Share 24/7 was horrible. It took 45 minutes of sitting at the facility to be approved to pick up vehicle. When I called UHAUL to see what the problem was and why it was taking so long, the response was we are busy today. I would not recommend the 24/7 ride share.
