Vladislav BWe were disappointed on how smelly and unclean the truck was. Based on how uncomfortable and nauseous, we would not recommend this location to anyone and we wont be returning to this location. Uhaul customer service did reimburse us which they did not have to do, so that did restore our faith in Uhaul but this location in particular is still questionable. Hopefully this is an opportunity for them to change things for better and not have another family have to endure as bad experience as ours.

Valerie CAttendant was disrespect and unprofessional. The district manager needed to be called to walk me through the return. Also, the scheduling department seem to have selected the wrong return location.

Lee DWhen we returned the car , the person was checking the car had mental issue and created so much problems. This person might create dangerous situation in the future for other customers. I called 911 to get help because I was so scared from his behavior. His name is Jason. He needs mental evaluation .
