The location itself was great. However, I did not appreciate U-Haul changing my reservation location at the last minute and making me drive an extra 48 miles (which I was charged for) and adding an extra 1.5 hours to the time it took to pick up and return the van. I made my reservation well in advance and I'm upset by being "bumped" like this.
The trailer was fine, the tires looked a little worn, so we mentioned it to the salesman and he said, “we just rent the equipment, not maintain it.†We said well we hope we make it to our location without hurting our load, and he just said “yep, hope so.†This was the second option for picking up a trailer, the first location called us at 9:14am and said the trailer we were supposed to pick up from them was having light issues, so they were going to have U-Haul pick a new location close to us, that had the same trailer. Apparently the first location, had the common sense to maintain their equipment, which is a relief!!

The staff were very helpful & friendly during my move in and when I moved out. The facility was in excellent shape and the lighting was very good. I would recommend this to any one needing storage.
This is a really nice complex and the staff is excellent. It's very convenient if you live in the Thompson Crossing or Thompson River Ranch neighborhoods.
