MICHAEL BI return the rental days early and the establishment was closed for the day. Prior to the drop off we had swept out the back of the truck and remove all personal items from the front as well as clean it out. To my surprise, I was still charge a cleaning fee which I felt was not warranted.

PAULA TThe truck I had stalled on me in the middle of moving and I had to call customer service for help with roadside assistance. It was a very big inconvenience for my family and I and we were unable to complete the move, because by the time we got the truck started, the storage unit had closed and we were unable to get inside the gated area. I definitely would recommend a different rental truck service as this was very unprofessional.
Adrian DClerk was very annoyed that I was picking up my truck during a winter storm. Roads were drivable so not sure why he had an attitude and next day when I needed the trailer hooked up for my SUV he was upset I got there 15 minutes before closing.

Liam FLast time I returned equipment at this location, the operator was very unprofessional and provided zero service. I actually decided to return after hours yesterday to make certain that I didn't need to interact with them in any way.
Paul HThank you for the grace on providing a minor extension to our return time due first snowfall road delays. It would be more helpful if this extension process was easier to coordinate than relying on ringing, perhaps a two hour extension for a proportional rate?

Debby DPicking up the truck and dropping it off was done via U-Haul app, which did not work well at all. In fact, it was a nightmare picking up the truck. I will never again rent from this location or any other that dies not have a human being to interact with.

Duane AThe gas tank was only a little over half full when I picked it up. I miscalculated and ended up returning with a full tank, but wasn't able to be given any credit for putting in the extra gas. You're welcome, I guess, but left a bad taste in my mouth. Also it wasn't swept out and it was obvious a previous renter had been smoking in it (cigarette hole in the passenger seat, ash marks on the ceiling).

Peter SI was in the dark about confirming return of a trailer. I have rented a UHaul truck recently and received detailed instructions about returning same. I left the trailer as instructed by the manager but no confirmation, etc., was received.
