Everything was fine renting. Only complaint, my truck did not have cruise control and I had to drive 855 miles.

I scheduled a 15' U-haul. I received a call that the 15' was no longer available but will receive a 20' one instead which was great. I showed up at the time I was supposed to pick it up and I was told it was not there that someone had it. I asked for what ever they had available which was a 10' U-haul. I had to make a few more trips and was unable to use a ramp since this type of U-haul did not have one. To add to my experience the U-haul was not cleaned. Food crumbs, un-swept cargo box, and an unsafe dirty windshield also greeted me upon my first inspection. Not the best experience.

I reserved a 6X12 trailer but when I went to pick it up, they didn't have one. So they had me take a much smaller one which didn't do my job very well. When I tried to call every U-Haul in Redmond, no one would pick up the phone.... Terrible business and it used to be so good.

The truck was clean in the back and interior. The exterior was dirty and we could hardly see out the windows...had to wash them before we. Oils drive it!

I specifically asked that the tires be inspected as we were pulling the trailer across country. I noted with the vendor that one tire seemed worn, but he convinced me that it was fine. Unbeknownst to me, the part of this tire I saw was actually the best part, and that the part of the tire I couldn't see at pickup was worse. And as luck would have it, the bald side was always hidden during each of my inspections until we reached Iowa. When I saw the state of the tire west, I called the uhaul emergency line immediately. I have to admit, the person was very responsive & the technician who came and changed 2 tires were very efficient and helpful. But I couldn't believe the shape of the 2 tires he took off. I am deeply disappointed that the Redmond vendor allowed equipment in that shape leave his property, especially after asking for an inspection.

The directions to get there are so misleading. It wanted me to turn right into it off the highway. First there is a fence blocking anything from going through, a ditch to go through it you were able to make it through the fence and not to mention the oncoming traffic going the opposite direction. Then it took quite a bit of time for my application to be processed. However, drop off was quick and easy and I appreciated it a ton. For the most part the vehicle was clean, just not sure if it was sanitized between uses for Covid-19 because there was quite a bit of dust. Overall though I would give it a 7/10. Wouldn't recommend this location but would definitely recommend u-haul to anyone and everyone.

Truck rented was not available because last renter kept it for an extra day. I found this out at 8am when I had hired help arriving to load truck up. They then found another truck at 9:30am which we rented, but it cost me an extra 150.00 in labor fees for a loading crew standing around because the truck was not available as scheduled. I did receive a credit promise of 50.00 Uhaul, so I'll see if they honor that when I am suppose to receive in 3 days.

Be nice if public could use bathroom! But I understand covid has made things more difficult. Also remind staff that wearing a mask that doesn't cover your nose it a wasted effort

I've rented from this place before, and so has my friends. For me, in the past is waa ok. Customer service is on point. But the truck I ended up using, was horrible! First off, when I opened the door, it smelled like a chain smoker had rented it from Texas, to Oregon! I could barely breath in it! I'm an asthmatic for Gods sake! The cabin of the truck was trashed. Some kind of gooey substance all over the floorboards. There was dirt, ash, and food all over everything! The truck was basically on empty. I couldn't even make it to Prinevile, which is a little over 20 miles away! And the brakes were so bad, I had to stand on then un order to get down the grade! It was a horrible, scary drive for me!

I don't have improvements. I picked the truck up at 3525 sw 25. Redmond or 97756. The gentleman that helped me at 8:00 a m was very gracious and provided excellent customer service, the truck was spotless and I just got and drove away. The equipment work perfectly, the ramp was a godsend, and when I returned the truck in the afternoon, another young man accepted my keys, offered me a ride to my car parked nearby but I didn't need that, he immediately hopped in the truck and repacked it so it would be prepared for the next user. This was a truly great experience and when I need a truck again, I know exactly where I will go. Thank you, Colleen Ferguson

The employees at Storage Closet were very helpful in providing equipment that suited our needs. It was very inconvenient that I was not able to pick up the equipment I rented in the location I requested. Instead I had to go to multiple locations almost an hour away from where I needed to load the equipment.

Retrieval location was not informed by 877-go-uhaul of our plans to empty the ubox but got it ready for us within an hour. We have recommended ubox to everyone we've spoken to about our move.

Since 2 of you working stagger lunches so when ppl have a time to pick up they can pick up what they need so not late. We had a 1pm pick up time and they both went to lunch. When i explained now I'm late i didn't even get a sorry or anything that's when i got less friendly. Customer service was not friendly, I've had issues with this location before but sadly only uhaul in area that was open and had what we needed. They informed us couldn't return to closest uhaul so had to return a good 15 miles out of our way so was charged more miles. Whole experience disappointing.

I had a flat tire because of a tire that had excessive wear on the trailer. I tried to plug the tire myself after waiting over an hour on hold for roadside service and when I did reach roadside service the following morning via text it took 3 hours from my initial text message to get someone out to me. After all that I got charged an extra day

We had a bad situation that forced us to have to do it one way with our truck. I tried to call your 800-number three times. And sat on hold for 20 to 35 minutes each time. Clearly you're 1-800-go -U-Haul number does not work. Otherwise the staff at the three locations I used were wonderful

Glad I didn't have an emergency...the 800 number is worthless..we were on hold for almost an hour to just ask a question to where I needed to drop off the trailer I rented. Never again.!!!

Customer service here was terrible, they weren't in the office for our pick up( had to wait two hours for the to come back from lunch?) and then “their systems were down” for our return and I can't for the life of me find a return equipment page/form online. Waited on the phone for an hour to no luck. Will not be recommending this location to anyone.

2 things: truck interior FILTHY when I have picked up (3x) AND the 1st 2 times charged .59 a mile but this time .79 a mile so I inquired and the kid at the front desk had a minimum of 3 reasons NONE feasible 🤔

I was not happy as soon as I got there everybody went to lunch and I had to wait one full hour for them to come back after I just drove 2800 miles in four days I was not happy he should have somebody available when somebody goes to lunch

The pickup location and staff were very helpful but Uhaul itself was unbelievably incompetent. The card i made the original reservation with expired prior to shipping expired prior to shipping and I called multiple times to update it. Never got updated. Also called multiple times to get an update as to the status of my Uboxes since I never received any information by email confirming it had arrived. No one was able to tell me where they were and just said there was no tracking information in the system. Spoke with the regional office on multiple occasions to confirm pickup plan and every time I called back the information was not updated from the previous call. Lady on the phone spent most of the call yelling at the computer system (all 3 times). She assured me multiple times that they would be ready to pickup on the scheduled date and would call the site to make sure. Arrived at the site to pickup my stuff and of course it wasn't ready and they had never been told anything by Uhaul. There was another customer waiting at the same time having similar issues. My payment still had not been updated in the system so I was able to at least pay the shipping fee. However, the Uhaul system would not accept a payment for the storage fee. Prior to this I tried paying by phone and on the app. None of these worked. On top of this despite trying to pay this multiple times by every possible way on time, just received an email from Uhaul that I will be charged a late fee...seriously?! Since my boxes weren't available Storage Central even offered to have someone come in on their day off to pull the boxes (which they were able to confirm arrived). I felt this was unfair to the employee who had nothing to do with Uhaul's incompetency so I waited the extra day. Despite telling Uhaul multiple times that I was self-delivering my boxes I received a call the day before to confirm truck delivery. The address wasn't even close to being correct and again I told them I was doing it myself. Finally able to get my stuff in my house. Called Uhaul to complain but like in the past with issues they don't care. Uhaul still can't figure out how to run the payment for my shipping. I was hesitant to use Uhaul because I have had bad experiences in the past but didn't have another option this time. Will do literally everything in the future to avoid using them again. Storage Central was great. UHAUL, GO F—- YOURSELF

Somewhere along the way a fork lift operator put the forks through one of the boxes, damaging a leather couch. We could not access our boxes to unload them for three days because Storage Central's fork lift operator was on vacation. Tis put us under a lot of stress to scramble to get the boxes unloaded before we would have been charged for additional storage fees. Storage Central had a I don't care attitude and did nothing to help the situation.

Both my pickup and destination were changed. Improved accuracy on the website would make for a smoother ordering process. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to change or update a reservation rather than to cancel it and start over again.

treat like you VALUE my business!!!!!!! I put an extra gallon of gas in the truck and merely asked for a ride back (3/4mile) but was denied. I had to walk that distance with a painful pinched sciatic nerve! Wrong on way too many levels ??

Picking up was easy. However, they were aware po f why I was renting a truck. To move my own travil trailer. But when the truck got stuck and I could not move my trailer, uhaul was no help. Why not offer an insurance for this and help a person out. I couldn't just unhook and leave the trailer like that. Luckily, I found some Angel's with no help from you Uhaul.
