JAMES CI hauled a Trailer from Tampa to New Orleans for Uhaul, and I was told that if it was above half tank or better there would be no charge. There was 3/4 in it, and they are trying to charge me $38.83. I did get a credit for hauling the trailer but it cost me more in gas. Thanks

Kelly CI reserved the uhaul at this location because it was the only 15' in the area with a ramp. When I picked up the uhaul I made sure to do a full inspection and check the gas gage. I was never handed paperwork for the truck. I have them the exact location I was going and was running within the same amount of time I gave them. Before I returned I stopped at the Texaco gas station in front of the Walgreens. I thought it was so awesome the long breach police officer was having his truck washed for what I was guessing was either the end or beginning of shift. I added gas to the uhaul, checked the gage, which was over accurate of what I received the uhaul with. Then went inside to get a receipt because the paper must have been out. I took the uhaul straight back where my friend had been waiting for me for the 5 minutes before. I parked the uhaul did a full check. Locked all the doors and put the key in the return box. My charge was estimated 81$ but I was charged 134$. I dropped the uhaul off at about 3:45 which i did not realize was after hours so I was charged 20$ extra. To add I was then charged and extra 26$ for gas when I have a receipt for the gas I put in the uhaul. Why am I being charged 26$ extra and that is on top of the 20$ for after hours. I was early on bringing the uhaul back considering I said 5 hours and 11:30-4 is not even 5 hours. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone considering not only my experience, but the multiple experiences people have posted reviews on here with the same type of experiences. Considering I don't normally write reviews much less bad reviews, I am livid.

Charged me 3100 plus for fuel, not right according to contract as we stopped 3 blocks from location to make sure the fuel was as it was supposed to be. Another location charge 3300 plus for fuel not right according to contract. Filled tank about 10 blocks away.

Because it is a uhaul problem, we are now going rounds with uhaul trying to get our money back, but no one seems to be able to fix the problem. Will never rent from uhaul again if I can at all help it.

Angeline NWhen I arrived to get the truck, he told the A/C was not working. Received no discount. I live in south Ms. Also noticed on my bill a $20 after hours fee, that was rediculous, never was mentioned to me. Pretty sad, I returned it on time.

Bradley CCharlie was very freaking rude and LIED TO ME! I asked about keeping the truck a second day he said ABSOLUTELY NOT. Said the truck had to be back at the yard by 6pm. I had it there at 5 only to find out I had at least till 9pm and they still charged me for two days. I rented at 9:41am on Wednesday morning and it was back at the yard at 5pm Thursday. I wanted to keep it until Friday morning. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this man! His whole tone was RUDE. May wanna get someone else in for customer service cause he sure isn't the one!

Jennifer MI've used U-Haul more than a few times and I have always had a wonderful experience with the staff and the trucks used. I reserved online and gave my card information. We arrived as the truck we rented was given to another guy. However they had a smaller truck available for me to use. Thank God. What if there wasn't another truck available I would have been screwed. I will definitely use U-Haul again in the future due to my business and whenever my truck breaks down ect. I have to rent! I will not however use the LB location again...... I'll stick to the normal place in Gulfport where they're friendly and welcoming!!
