Because of weather conditions, I had to change my plans for picking up the trailer twice. The staff at this location was most accommodating and enabled me to save time and money in using this trailer. I highly recommend Storage Choice Pearl LLC.

There was a rude woman that called me and matter of fact me and started arguing with me of the deal I got already from Pearl! The people at Pearl went over and beyond helping me get a truck! I would refer all friends and family straight to them. I have rented space from them and again they were awesome!

William CThis is a rating for store located @ 4494 US-80 E, Pearl, MS 39208 The KID in the store is very slow, not professional, does not care about customers time, does not stay off HIS phone while doing sale. And to top off the poor experience the card that I used for the sale had not been used for 94 days and within 3 hours I had over $424,61 charged on it from two different men's clothing stores. Not that there will be anything done about it, but you asked.

David ERented the 26 ft beast. It was a new truck with 5k miles. I was skeptical that it was a v6 gas engine hauling a car trailer and 26ft of stuff but heading out on the road for 500 mile trip it the (Ford F650) performed beautifully with car in tow. The equipment was ready to go as promised at the pickup facility and the staff friendly.
David BThe only issue we had was when we booked on line the this location is the one that had the correct truck size. There werd closer loctions to home. This cause us to have to pay more than the alotted mileage due to traveling the opposite way back to house in order to load truck. It was an additional 25 miles which counted against us

Albert LI reserved the Uhaul online. NOTHING ended up being as I requested. First I reserved pick up at Ridgeland, MS location. Then I requested a 2 day rental and drop off in Hattiesburg. The day before pick up, I get a confirmation with a completely different pick up location 30 min away. The 2 days I requested ended up being 24 hours and we were pushed for time dropping it off at a different location in Hattiesburg than requested. Nothing or noone told us that we would have to take pictures to drop off after hours (UHAUL in Hattiesburg closes at 1 pm!!)- we drop keys in box THEN see the check out process on line requires images of the odometer inside the car when cracked and more pics of the inside. Terrible overall experience.
Brian RThey came through at the last minute. I had a reservation scheduled for a 9:15 pick up at Ridgeland Mini Storage, but the prior occupant did not return it. So we were left without a truck even calling the toll free number. We didn't give up and called around town to every location, and this location came through. BUT I WANT A REFUND FOR MY FIRST RESERVATION. A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED

Leslie BOnce we corrected the appointment error from the phone call which assigned me a truck from the wrong UHaul in Pearl, this was a mistake made by the person I called. I told them that I lived just around the corner from the one I listed and yet they assigned me the other one anyway. The man who helped me correct this error was very kind and helpful. The woman who received the truck that afternoon was also very helpful. This location was much better than the one on Hwy. 80 in Pearl!

John EI reserved this rental two weeks in advance. My pick up location was changed by UHaul the day before pick up time. I contacted customer service was rudely told take it or leave that she did not care. When I asked a question I was told to shut up take it or leave it. So I was in a tight spot so I took the new location. Upon arrive for pick up they did not have a truck for me. I was forced to take an old worn out piece of junk. I did not know how bad it was till I was on the road heading home and it was too late at that point to complain. The truck was loaded and we were heading back to Tennessee. I would not recommend U Haul to a dog.

David WTo improve the next customer experience, I would suggest making sure valid contracts are in place BEFORE the customer has driven 300+ miles in the uhaul. The truck was very clean in the cab and in the back. The front end seriously needs to be aligned. I felt like I was fighting the steering wheel for 14 hours. This was very difficult to handle while towing another vehicle.
