patricia P.Only one person worked at this location and had to wait at least 20 minutes to start my reserved rental process...he was very nice though...did not know a/c did not work in truck both local location and Go UHaul were VERY unhelpful.
BILLY T.We lived in Slidell, LA. We reserved a truck in Slidell and when it came time to pick it up, it wasn't available. They did find the truck we needed in Long Beach, Ms. We had to drive there to pick it up. It was a really bad day for us, as we were supposed to be loaded by that afternoon and didn't pick the truck up until that afternoon. The movers we paid for showed up at 545pm and took 4 hours to load, and still didn't load everything because they were tired. So instead of pulling out Saturday morning for our journey, we didn't leave until that afternoon which caused us to lose most of the help we had lined up since we didn't reach our destination until 8pm. Not a really ideal situation, but Long Beach, Ms was very nice even if it took 2hours round trip out of our day that had not been planned for.

Cedrick B.U-Haul has a problem with their 24/7 pickup service U-Haul web browser cannot track customers like the APP can, so I was not able to access the remote truck key. I had to wait for Milano's to open up and lost an hour of daylight moving. If folks choose 24/7 pickup, it is imperative that the renter has the APP so they can be tracked. And most rental places do not have instant WIFI access, so I could not download the APP from the parking lot. Need to train the customer service folks on this.

MATTHEW J.I called on short notice and with a number of questions, all of which were answered promptly and professionally. After explaining what I was attempting to do I was given options with explanations and costs for each. When I arrived to pick up the equipment I scheduled the truck I requested had been replaced with a larger one due to wiring problems, and at no additional cost. As to what you could do to improve, sorry, I can't think of anything.
Joe P.Rusty the associate I worked with was very rude to me. He should not be representing your brand. He was in a bad mood and was taking it out on me. I was told by my pickup location that I could drop the truck off at any location. He could not find my reservation and seemed irritated. So I called oak trading post my pickup location to get reservation number. He got irritated that I did that. I asked for receipt and he got irritated at that as well. It was a weird visit. I own three Ace Hardware franchises and I would never have someone like this work for me.

carl L.I live in Gulfport, reserved the truck in Gulfport and had to pic up truck in Long Beach, which cost me more in milage and gas. I reserved the truck in advance to avoid picking up in another area. In reservation circumstances extra cost incurred should not be charged to customer!!! Extra miles on my vehicle and the cost for extra miles on truck.
