Great and easy,fast service

This location is a hazard to everyone - back alley entrance; razor wire; narrow roadway with decrepit or abandoned cars and trucks, have to call a phone number to have someone come out and unlock the gate to let you in during normal business hours. I could not wait to get out of there.

1. I reserved a Uhaul at one location with no problems. I was then sent 9 miles away to a different location. I don't feel I should pay for mileage to and from a center that I was sent to because you didn't have the vehicle I reserved. Further, I was charged 20 fees for after-hour service fee when I dropped the truck off at 4 pm. That's not after hours. -better lighting in the dark area would be great.

the location is hard to find and sorta like a junk yard but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they do a good job of follow up and customer service.

Tony was super helpful! He drove all the way from San Fernando valley just so I could get my truck at 7am. I hope I never have to move again but If I do, I would definitely contact Tony again.

Location had no internet service and could not check customers in. Location did not have reserved appliance dolly. Location had no other dollies for rent.

Great for business and home. Will go back

Gentleman was very helpful and provided great customer service. However, the location is set back in a very obscure place where potholes are everywhere to drive back there.

EVERY ONE WE TALK TO WAS GREAT AND FULL OF ENERGY...

This place helped us out in our move a ton, had storage and a truck available. Jim really went above and beyond to help us out in the situation that we were in, customer service that I haven't experienced at any other rental spot EVER! I will always come back to this place for my U-Haul business, no doubt about it.

Air conditioning didn't work

A little disorganized but manager was very helpfull. My main concern was reservations at 800 number. Gave me a reservation that I could not use until Monday and on hold for hours and days with customer service at 800 number. Location people were great.

My pickup location could not even give me a contact so they wrote out on a legal pad that I was taking the truck, they told me the total charge would be $308 and change but could not give me a receipt, they were able to swipe my credit card, (the only thing that did work) Moving is stressful enough and always on a time constraint I would hope someone really reads this comment to offer me a credit so I can tell the rest of the adventure, imagine pulling into the UHAUL return location an explaining that the only thing you received from the pickup location was the keys and having to show photos from your smart phone proving the story you just told (I was renting a 26' truck on the weekend so it is not like I could just drive around the corner to the next truck rental place and get a truck) Kris 714-821-1619

The people there were courteous and professional.

second time renting a trailer from them in 2 weeks. Jim is great! everyone there is great! I will definitely use them whenever I need a truck or trailer in the future!

Everything from my initial inquiry call through the entire process was wonderful! Will definitely use this location again and recommend it.
