Truck was not at location on contract. Truck was not at location I was sent to. Truck was at third location and price was different from original contract.

Christain at this location needs some customer service training. Info on the truck such as gas anount was not right and the truck was dirty. I paid and then, He grabbed his clip board and said lets go check out the truck, so i proceeded outside as I thought he was following me. Waited around for quite some time and decided to go back in to see whats going on....HE WAS SITTING THERE ...I asked him, what was going on, he said you are done, you can go...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! i said , you told me you were going to check the truck out for damages....he shrugged his sholders and said we don't have to... I said, I have been out here waiting on you, you said we had to check for damage...so he grabbed his clipboard "again" and walked out the door to check the truck. Which had undocumented damages.

I took a picture of the mileage and the fuel level at the time I handed the vehicle in. I made sure It was above the mark fuel level on my contract. Yet! they still charged me for more gas. "SCAM" I took my phone with the time stamped picture which clearly show the ending mileage, and the fuel level within the same photo shot to this location, and showed it to the person that recorded the return mileage, and fuel mark (which matched the picture. She had nothing to say but, she called somebody and then told me I would be hearing from them that day. (3 day's ago) Needless to say I did not. That's why I'm writing this. All I was asking for was some type of an apology. Now they can keep the apology, I want my money back. Next step the small claims court.

My bill was more than what was originally stated. I was charged 8p dollars for fuel fees and the vehicle was half a tank. Poor service,amateurs were on lunch from 1230 to 2. It took 20 minutes for someone to just answer the phone.

When I rented your U Haul I was told that I would get 1 month free storage. The Boca Chica location had NO storage as they are building it. When I called U Haul I was directed to Storage Depo and told they would honor my free month. We got there and my friends began unloading while I signed paperwork. They did NOT honor U Haul's free 1 st month rent. When I called the customer service they directed me to Boca Chica again. When I told them they had told me to come here she told me that they wouldn't honor the 1st month because it wasn't a U Haul. Your costumer service wanted me to re-pack my truck and go somewhere else. That was unacceptable as they were 1/2 way unloaded, and your 1st customer service person had sent me there! After driving 6 1/2 hours I was tired and sweaty and didNOT appreciate your incompetence in reserving a storage in a place that doesn't have storage, then You sending me to another one that supposedly accepted 1st month free only to tell me you wouldn't help me and too bad. Not only are you falsely advertising but you don't make " YOUR WORD"" right!

The individual who took care of us was not very concerned of our time. We were their first and he was taking care of phone calls while we were their instead of putting them on hold. I expect to be taken cared of because I am their in person.

There is always room for improvement in any business, but the drop off people were very nice and helped me out and I called the 800 number for assistance after I arrived in Brownsville and they were extremely helpful.. Keep up the good work.. Danny Beeler

The drop-off location had only 1 parking spot, which was hard to see and unnerving. They did not have an answering machine.
