I have now called customer service 3 times about this issue. Each time I have been promised that I would hear back from someone. I have never been contacted by UHaul about this issue. I am tired of being lied to.

They were closed on Sunday. I called customer service and young lady advised me to take pictures and call call Storage Depot Monday. I tried several times to call them about trailer and never did get to talk to someone there. I have made many self moves using U-Haul. I will buy a trailer next time.

I was able to get everything accomplished for my clients today because of the thoughtfulness Johnny put in my situation. 5 star rated customer service

Return needs to be changed to an easier way because returning on the website was not easy. Had trouble doing the return on the web site because of the change of size of truck when I rented it.

I am moving my Dad here for assisted living. They understood our difficulties and actually helped check in the truck while we were dealing with other matters. While we were on the road, my bank detected fraud on my credit card, and they helped us through coordinating payment, including unlocking my storage area so we could unload promptly, and not miss our truck check-in deadline.

The shocks on this truck should have been replaced prior to renting it out again. Every bump on the road caused it to jump up and rattle all the furniture in the back. Several times I thought I was going to overturn due to the jumping literally off the road. Additionally I felt, and could hear, the engine revving up as if I had the cargo pull on, which I didn’t. Not sure why it did that as I kept the speed at a steady 70 but it may need to be checked out. Other than that I have been well pleased with UHaul services in the past.

Get the size of the truck right, be there at the time the customer made the reservation. Not 2 hours later. Actually mark the gas with the actual gas it has, not more. Actually compensate the customer when they went through a MAJOR inconvenience. Horrible customer service in the Los Fresnos storage in Texas dealing with the uhaul

Upgrade your customer service training and software. We had a flat tire an hour after we started. I called customer, Destiny I believe her name was. And told her what highway I was on and direction traveled. (Highway 77 northbound) out of Harlingen,TX. And at mile marker 73. I also told her we had just passed through Armstrong, TX and was almost up to the border patrol check point. I was told by Destiny that she needed a better location. It was not coming up on her system. What better location can I provide than a highway number and milr marker? She asked me what the cross street was. You don't have cross streets out on the highway. I am so disappointed with U-Haul customer service. I hope all customers are not treated this badly. As I was getting frustrated my wife got on the phone try to get Destiny to understand. She told my wife to calm down and shut up. My wife asked to talk to her supervisor. We were immediately disconnected. When I called back I was told somebody else was working on it. This is a totally unacceptable way to deal with customers. In My 40 years working for the US Army I have worked in customer service. I have a lot of experience working in the quality area. This is not accepted business practice. I cannot believe this is acceptable to U-Haul. This whole ordeal delayed our travel schedule for approximately 3 hours. It will take lot on you part to renew my faith in U-Haul. I believe U-Haul owes me significant compensation for the problems I encountered.

i was told that my reservation was going to be initially at the Morgan Blvd. location in Harlingen. I received a call at 11am on the pickup date that I will need to pick up my vehicle at the Los Fresno location. This was a major inconvenience for me. The sales representative said that I would not be charged for mileage because of this change. I later learned after I turned in the truck that this was not true. The sale clerk at Los Fresno called me and charge my account an extra 86.00 for mileage. I explain to her that I was told the clerk from Harlingen said I had 200 free miles because I was being treated as a one way rental. Some help would be appreciated with this.

I contracted in Harlingen ,for pick up in Harlingen,when i went to pick up vehicle I was told TO GO TO LOS FRESNOS, 52 miles away!!.I was not told that,(I wouldn.t had rented it) I had no choice since I need the vehicle. STAFF should be very CLEAR ABOUT INFO to customer,they assumed ,there unclear info. (who is going to accept that!!)

We had to wait while a young lady tried her lights pigtail on two different trailers. Finally she went back to her office and got another pigtail, a new one. It worked and we finally left her site after an extra 45 minutes of trying to make a faulty pigtail work.

Truck was in poor condition, filthy inside and outside. I almost had a bad wreck because of the play in the steering wheel and had to fight it to keep it on the road for over 600 miles. Very bad experience.

i think if you rent a truck for 2 hour and drive 1/2 a mile the rate should be less .i think it was high .that something to think about also uhaul should ask the walk up custmer what truck they want .i need a 10 foot the one that 19.99 .and i had to get a bigger truck for more money that i did not need
