Awful experience with uhaul. They did not have a truck available in Grand Forks even though I booked it two months prior. They called me the afternoon before saying there was no truck which gave me no time to find alternative plans. Eventually I had to settle for driving 8 hours round trip to International falls to pick up a truck. For which we were not reimbursed for gas or travel time to get the truck. One of the most tedious and awful experiences I have ever had. I will not be using uhaul again.

Gary was very helpful as U-Haul had reassigned the drop off location to Fort Frances, Ontario. Obviously where ever this was reassigned from, think Milwaukee, just don't get it. The Canadian/US border is closed to all non essential travel. Thank you Gary for assisting to correct this and for the drop off being back in the USA. Merci
