A wonderful experience! The girl who rented us the truck was SO friendly and welcoming. It was a fast and smooth process and she made it so enjoyable.

WE have used Uhaul for decades. This place was excellent.

Was told that the mobile app was not working well upon pick up and that if it didn't when I dropped off to put the vehicle and trailer in a specific spot which was done on time. Had to leave a message that the app did not work and marked the time I dropped off. Two days later I was charged nearly 2x the contract price and over-drafted my checking account - without a phone call explaining the drastic difference of cost. Very poor form and business practices.

The location was fantastic, and very easy to do business with! The price was great, and the vehicle was the perfect size. However, I believe it needs service as the check engine light was on. The outside was covered in bugs. The wipers and fluid wouldn't get them off.

Drop off was a bit confusing but Amber made it great.

FIX THE ONLINE RETURN PROCESS! It is very buggy and I was unable to make the return using my phone. My wife had to try again the following day. It was a major pain in the butt.

I went through the online order check list for the trailer. I have never hauled anything before and so I did not know about the required electrical trailer connections. I ended up not being able to use the trailer and sent to 2 different uhauls to get the final truck and auto hauler that I didn't want. This store helped make the pick up better.

The employee went out of her way( her shift had ended) to help us finish our mobile return. She was awesome and it was refreshing to experience such thoughtful customer service. We will use Uhaul again because of her. I just wish I knew her name to give her the proper credit!

The registration through the website didn't generate a confirmation number but just a text message. Because if this I wasn't able to do the mobile pick up. Spent about 20 minutes waiting for customer service to answer then she wasn't able to help me reschedule because the connection to scheduling wasn't working. It meant that we started our move 90 minutes later than we had planned because we had to wait until the place opened at 9:30am. She was friendly and helped us. So I would give the central UHaul reservation and customer service a one star.

Although the truck wasn't scheduled to be picked up until 9:30 AM, employee/owner or whomever they were was supposed to be there at 9:00 AM and didn't show up until 9:20 AM.

My phone was having trouble getting checked in. Took almost 2 hours with 3 uhaul assistants but got it done. Polite and stayed with me until complete.

Amber at Storage Express was great, after a very disappointing start because of the UHAUL reservations system. I'm not sure how in this day and age Uhaul can't keep a proper inventory at each of their locations. For the second time in a row, I rented at a location close to my starting point only to be moved to one farther away. This costs me additional time and money. If you can't give proper inventory levels at the location of the customers choice, I won't choose to give you my business in the future! Sincerely, Andy Hollister

The truck smelt sooo bad made me sick. I dont think the truck has been cleaned in quite some time. With the situation we are in I didn't feel comfortable. Returned it early. Love Storage Express. The manager is awesome.

Front right tire was flat after we loaded the trailer, I had to stop multiple times to air it up on out move. Wish that did not happen.

The location missed adding the moving blankets which was requested in the reservation which I found only after reaching home They were nice to come and deliver to my home. Really appreciate that

Don't use uhaul

The people at this location were very helpful and friendly. The actual truck was very dirty but everything worked just fine

The web site was a pain but the storage facility was amazing. More than helpful
