I set up pick up time at 8am and no one was there. Then the guy says they open at 8:30, then why is there an option for earlier pick up. I set up to rent an appliance dolly and there were none available. I explained I needed to move a washer and dryer from an upstairs apt and the rep gave me a utility dolly and furniture dolly. Absolutely no help. I called to make a complaint and the rep on the phone (customer service line) asked why did I accept it if I didn’t want it- I feel as though she was talking to me like I was stupid. The man literally said the items would work and threw it in the U-Haul.

Location was NOT open till 7PM...due to the drive from Marshall, I was NOT able to make it in time to avoid a $20 after hours drop-off fee. However, since I arrives at 6:30 PM, I should have been directed to a location with a 7PM closing time. Why not?

The guy was new charge us for 2 days then when we called to just accept the 2 days & keep the trailer he wanted 2 charge us for 3 days. So we go to turn the trailer in that Saturday way before time & be was closed what he failed to tell us was that he closed @12on on Saturday which was why he was trying to charge us for 3 days out was a mess left trailer with neighbor ing business who called him & got an ok to do so horrible experience I rented a car trailer @ Christmas from a legit Uhaul & I have never had such a bad experience until now.

This comment has nothing to do with this location. It has to do with my initial attempt to contact Uhaul to rent the trailer in Bethany, OK. My wait time to reach your call center (last Sunday) was about 15 minutes maybe more. That alone is enough to discourage customers. And please don't remind me I could have used your online reservation tools; I know that. THe point is that if you are going to have a customer assist phone number, hire enough peops to answer within 2 minutes, please. If someone asks me about my Uhaul experience, that is what I'll warn them about first, which is not what you would hope.
