Brandy your rep. Answered and delivered quailty answers to achieve the best rate and service that i needed in short notice to deliver equipment out of state and back. She went above and beyond to ensure the truck was available and ready to go on such short notice. Thanks for the great service.
Bobby SNo. Followed instructions given by the rep at the time of renting (i.e. parked the truck where we were told and dropped the Key in the box)…. took two days for them to check the truck in after it was returned and received emails that the equipment was not returned when in fact it was returned early. Will not use the "Storage Kings" location again.

Angel NClean the trucks! The odometer will rip you off, clearly! Compensate the renter for over gassing, like you would if they under gassed the vehicle!

Bryan Cwhile I was greeted with prepared paperwork for my rental, the representative did not come out and inspect the truck with me nor did she inform me that the "extras" I had ordered were on board. After accepting the keys to the truck, I started it up and decided that I wanted to have confirmation that I had the hand-truck and 12 moving pads I had ordered so I went back into the facility and was then greeted with "what's wrong?" I told her that nothing was wrong but that I wanted assurance that we had a hand truck and 12 moving pads. She informed me that they only had 6 moving pads and the hand truck was on board. I then went back out and while getting familiar with the truck, I realized the "check engine" light was illuminated. So.... I went back into the facility and had to wait several minutes for the representative to return to the desk. When I informed her what I had discovered she said, "Are you kidding me? It's a brand new truck.". I let her know I wasn't kidding. It took a while for her to figure out how to give me another truck and THEN I was on my way. After leaving the facility, I figured out that the two 12-volt plugs did not work. It wasn't until I was 5 years into my road trip that I found the glove compartment plug was working. While I was able to safely travel 605 miles to my destination, overall I felt the process was not a pleasant one. I feel I was hoodwinked on the hand truck (which was a huge inconvenience. Also, I asked for 12 moving pads because that is what I required. I expect more from a Uhaul, as they are a very well respected company that we have used several times over the last 30 years.
