David CMake sure trucks are full of fuel or at least match what your paperwork says. Clean inside of cabs better
ROBERT SI had ordered furniture pads that were not given to me. My pickup location was changed from my original request (which is where I have a storage unit at). With all of the confusion, I didn't even remember that I had ordered them. I called Customer Service and they noted my account so that I would not be charged. When I dropped the truck off, the representative also noted the thing. Today is Friday, Jan 8th and I still have not received the refund for the overcharge.

John GNo improvements necessary. The lady who handled my rental was outstanding. She was cheerful, efficient, and very helpful in meeting my rental needs after a bad experience at another U-Haul facility. I will always go to Storage King USA for my future needs. She deserves a commendation.

David CUntrained person renting out the truck. I was informed I could drop the truck anywhere. This was not the case. Took 30 minutes to complete the rental process after she made several phone calls. Also Truck had an oil leak, leaked oil in both driveways while moving.
